“Arrived damaged. Lied to as I was told the new one would be arriving and they would do an exchange, but no they turned up nearly 2 weeks later to just collect still no delivery”

“I ordered a fridge from cookology and it arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately and they rectified it quickly and new fridge arrived within 2 days. I was really impressed with how quickly this was dealt with. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again. Thank you”
