“Item was delivered sooner then expected and communications were very good. Not connected the cooker hood yet but it does look very impressive - can't wait for the kitchen to be installed and everything to be up and running”

“Saw a couple of poor reviews and was slightly cautious. However, had a postive experience. Item arrived within the agreed timeslot but on Friday instead of Wednesday (however, seller communicated this in advance so not a problem) and my BEKO Oven OIM22500XP is perfect. Saved £70 compared with price at the Co-operative (next cheapest). Will definitely buy from here again. Worth noting, when I rang I spoke to a man, who answered the phone and just said "hello", so it seems like a small outfit but this has not put me off. Lastly, I have registered my warranty with BEKO directly, without any issues and have received confirmation of my guarentee. HTH”

“Products are good at cheap prices. Communication is excellent. However, the only issue we had was with delivery. You can't choose a delivery day like most big companies. Instead, we were contacted by the delivery company a couple of days later with a delivery date.”

“Needed an oven & hob quickly, chose a cheap Whirlpool package as we intend to move house thinking it would be ok at best. Delivered as per schedule, no fuss, turned out to be better than the ones we took out which had cost 4 times the price. Great value and the product measurements were spot on making it an easy changeover. Wish we'd done it sooner. Would definitely use this company again.”
