“The incorrect waste disposal unit was delivered. It wasn't their fault as the box was correct but contents were wrong. However, when I rang I spoke to Emily who was helpful and very efficient. It was a manufacture's error and I was offered a full refund or a different model for the same price which I accepted. I can't praise the company enough and a special thank you to Emily. I have no hesitation in recommended this company.”
