“Delighted with the hob. However, although we ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and paid for 24 hour delivery, it didn't arrive until Wednesday, which was the delivery day they stated. Not sure why they didn't deduct the extra faster delivery charge when they knew the time frame that we paid for wasn't possible?”
