“Bought a oven, hob and hood. Was given a delivery date and no delivery. No communication and several calls later have been given another delivery date 3 days later. If I never called would never have known. No apology either for the delay. Poor customer service, shame I'm sure products are good. We'll see.”

“Very happy with your service but won't be buying from you again unless a different courier is used. Received a phone call at 5.28AM to say would be delivering in 20 mins, when I refused and said come at 7 -10am as arranged they called back at 6.30 and said take it or we don't deliver. Not acceptable service to me.”
