“The island cooker hood/extractor I ordered was delivered as promised, with a time and date specified beforehand. The returns policy was stated very clearly. The extractor is of good quality and was packaged exceptionally well. It took longer to install than it's branded counterpart would have done due to the construction of the hidden parts, so cost a bit more to install. However, it still remains remarkable value, works well and looks good so I would not hesitate to recommend the company.”
