“Prompt delivery by courier giving time slot within an hour, very happy not sitting around waiting for delivery. The hob is exactly as described and works very well heating incredibly fast, Control of the heat is brilliant with 9 settings. Number 2 ideal for simmering rice no boiling over! Happy to recommend this item”

“Placed order for range cooker and extract fan then found I could both as a package. Contacted customer services who cancelled order and ordered the package instead with out fuss or problems. Order dispatched next day. Delivery company advised of delivery time slot (which the kept too) Unit well packaged and good price would recommend.”

“Excellent company The kitchen extractor turned up with in 36 hours from placing the order and in perfect condition. We even had an email to check that every thing was OK with our purchase. I will defiantly go back to this company.”

“Staff are not helpful, no flexibility on delivery times, even when they get delivery instructions wrong the customer has to bend over to fit into their delivery time table. Order cancelled money not refunded took 3 days, until goods back with them. Not happy will never use again.”

“The product was fine but the delivery was not. I was informed it would arrive on A certain day and it did not. I had to ring the company who then told me that had not even been dispatched. This was bad practice.”

“Bought this freezer for our holiday home, initially some issues with noise but now seem to have eliminated these by checking levels and putting anti vibration pads where needed. Seems to freeze very quickly but have yet to use freezer properly.”

“Well, the fan got fitted today...it's been a challenge as tubular one has 3 brackets only, my builders played with it for a good few hours, disappointing the fact that the length of fan can't be adjusted as the smallest length was still way to long for a conventional height of the room, we had to cut it, the working order still unknown as didn't turn it on yet,”
