We are so sorry that DPD let us down on both occasions whist trying to delivery your order. to resolve this we felt it only fair that you received a full refund.

Delivery box arrived with lid almost torn off so insulation of contents was impacted. Product was partly defrosted.

Sadly my order did not arrive! I managed to trace it to your depot in Liverpool but that nothing. I am pleased to say that having contacted your firm I received an apology and my money has been refunded. When I return from holiday I will place another order just to give you the benefit of the doubt!

1) when submitting the order, there should have been an IMMEDIATE response saying that deliveries could not be made to my post code - should be easy enough to set up your computer for that. 2) someone surely should have noticed that the Order Number I was using was inappropriate and was, in fact, your own phone number! Fortunately, everything turned out okay - after the problem was returned to YeoValley after about five/six weeks, otherwise I would have lost out on the deal. The lady dealing with me was courteous, and tried her best.

The liver had fully defrosted when we received delivery, the packaging had split. We were not offered a replacement.

This should be called disappointing fish pie as it was very poor indeed. Tough dry Chunks of fish little sauce and too much potato

Not impressed. I've spent thousands of pounds with this company over the last 18 months. Lately, on more than one occasion my boxes have arrived semi defrosted. I called last week when food arrived defrosted and again this week when food arrived defrosted and have had no response to my messages. The packaging is not fit for purpose.

Only half frozen on arrival. Only the whole chicken was still frozen although started to defrost.

I would not like to think I had paid £65 For the meat pack At that it’s a very very expensive purchase and not any real value for money

The weight on the package didn't match the weight of the meat by 42g in a 250g pack this is significant. I reported this via the facebook messenger service but had no reply. Very poor will stick with Abel & Cole from now on

Just opened my first meat pack, AGD short ribs. Very surprised. Not what I expected - all bone and no meat. Tell your butchers to go on line and look at Andrew Russel or Russel Hulme as they show what I expected. Morrisons meaty bones are better.

This batch was very poor. It tasted like pure salt and had a fishy aftertaste.

I received the gravy it was past it’s sell by date , and the chicken broth was only half filled . Meat arrived fine waiting to defrost and eat I should have taken pictures but didn’t want to cause a fuss

A Cottage Pie Real Meal was one month out of use by date when it was delivered. Not suspecting that I cooked it and it tasted revolting, so only then I noticed that it was out of date. When I contacted the customer service I was told that it's a normal practice to deliver the products that out of date because they were frozen!

Good afternoon Olesya, Thank you for your review, Please be assured that we don’t supply products outside of their use-by date – we have stringent measures in place to that the meals are frozen as soon as we receive them and are always well within their use by date at this point. The packaging then states that once frozen they are suitable to consume within 12 months of use by date. We are looking at how we can make this clearer on the packaging as it is not our intention to mislead. We are very sorry to hear your meal was unpleasant - this is not up to our usual standard and so of course as per our email conversation we have arranged a full refund for this item. All of our produce comes frozen, as we believe it to be the best way to naturally preserve food but this is always done so the produce has as much shelf life left in it as possible – for example at the point of butchery with our fresh meat. Good afternoon Sarah, Thank you for your review, I do apologise the order was moved, but unfortunately the 24th was never a delivery date and so we were genuinely unable to dispatch the order on this day, hence why we then had to arrange an amended delivery date with yourself. Very disappointed with this purchase. Produce was dirty and full of hair. Have ordered with CF before and had no problem with the quality of the meat, this time i wasn't satisfied with the product at all.
