“Was expected that there will a little bit more meat on the bones, nothing to mske a soup, very expensive Waste of my £40 of only bones, very disappointed 😞”

“The gammon was grey and tasteless. I could not serve it as ham and made it into a pie with prunes and jambon but it was rejected as being inedible. What a disappointment a waste of time, money and effort. The turkey and sausages were good.”

“Unfortunately the steaks were sent frozen and by the time they arrived, the meat was partially defrosted so couldn’t then refreeze. I shan’t be ordering again. It would be a lot better if the meat was vac packed and sent out fresh because then it would at least stayed chilled. I cannot see how you can send out frozen products with ice packs and expect them to stay frozen once out of the freezer.”

“I ordered on the phone, it arrived on Saturday as advised. I ordered large chicken, chicken feet and two rump steaks. It all arrived frozen which I was not told about otherwise I would not have ordered, so I had to pop of to the butcher to buy a fresh chicken for our Sunday lunch. The chicken chicken feet came with lots of feathers and not sanitised/ washed. Rump steak was as tuff as old boots so no way will I place another order. One of the chicken feet was blue so binned it as I was not sure it was bruised or gone off.”

Good afternoon Bridget, Thank you for your review, apologies you were unware we are a frozen food company and that you were unhappy with the chicken feet, we do try to put it in the product descriptions the feet arrive unprepared. “My order came mainly defrosted. I emailed the company but have not got a response to this day! We had to eat the liver for three consecutive days, then the burgers also one of the bone broths. I am not happy with your customer service and feel after spending over £100 you could have least answered me email.”

“I buy these for my dog as currently I cannot obtain whole chickens. He enjoys them although they were a little fattier than normal with higher proportion of liquid when cooked. That has not been the case with the whole chickens.”
