I love the chicken one but found these fatty and oily and actually pretty disgusting. I tried three & then threw the other three away. £6 per sachet is crazy money for what you get.

Unfortunately after the order was dispatched to the wrong address and I managed to get it delivered to the correct address the Liver hadn't been shipped albeit was on the packing list. When I emailed to find out where it was it took 24hrs to get a response which was that it wasn't in stock. Appaling customer service and complete lack of communication

We have looked back through our emails and can see that it was indeed the following day that we let you know about the issue (and after you had emailed us). We're sorry about this. We have now implemented a new system of working, and should we run out of any products, a slip will be included in your box for view upon unpacking. I spoke to a man on two occasions ( name might be George) about my order. I told him I wished to CANCEL the bacon and chicken broth from my standing order, he assured me this would be done. Last month my order arrived complete with bacon and chicken broth. I then had the misfortune to speak to some French woman in your office , who had a contemptuous attitude of its only chicken broth what's my problem and why are you bothering me with this ???? She said she would alter the order ? I doubted that someone so arrogant / ignorant would do anything. I was right for last week my order arrived again containing the bacon and chicken broth I had cancelled. Rather than speak to that woman again I tried to alter on line my order , it appeared to work but when I checked the bacon and chicken broth remained. So I have now cancelled all orders with your company, and have received a email from you confirming this, but I would not be at all surprised if a box containing bloody bacon and chicken broth arrives at my door next month !!!!!

Hi, We are sorry you've had a bad experience. We try our hardest to deal with customer enquiries and changes to orders. We have recently had a few minor technical difficulties regarding subscriptions, and have now fixed them all. Kat (our Austrian member of Staff) has now ensured that there will not be a repeat order and you have indeed been removed from the system.

Have to agree with some others about the beef meatballs. They didn't even look like the photo on your website. Very dark and dense and with a strange smell when cooking them. I had to leave them. The gluten free pork sausages were delicious however. Sorry. Won't be ordering meatballs again. Strange taste.

How disappointing and infuriating! I ordered once. Everything went smoothly. So I put in a bigger order. Got the confirmation. Date of delivery arrived (Friday) . I got home to find a note saying the "sorry we miss you" . i thought it was for something else . Surely they would leave it in same place as they did before, i thought . I called and left messages on Saturday when I realize my meat was not coming. Wrote an email. Called on Monday twice and left another email message. None bothered to call me back, or to response to my email. Needless to say i want my 34.77 pound back and i won't be ordering again. Now let's see if someone will now get in touch.

So sorry about the failed delivery. We have now re-sent the box, included a discount voucher, and I will send an email under separate cover. Thanks for your feedback.
