Superb selection of meat. So far I have only eaten the large lamb steaks which were very good and look forward to tasting the rest. Only concern was the meat was beginning to thaw out when delivered despite the substantial packaging. Fantastic offer using my Yeo Valley points.

When I buy meat, I tend to buy organic. I received this meat box via an offer from another retailer, the cost would probably be prohibitive otherwise. The meat was sustainably packaged. Even though I took receipt of it from the driver, the burgers had already defrosted, so I had to use those immediately. The rest was still frozen and so I put most in my freezer and haven't used it yet. The beef joint was cooked as a Sunday roast and was very tasty and easy to chew.

Produce very good. So far tried the chicken and fish mix. Looking forward to trying the rest of my order The only thing I would say is that the fish, which was in the bottom of the box, had started to defrost slightly, but I appreciate that it was exceptionally hot.

Good produce and good service. However when I arrived home my products had already defrosted and the claim was that they would be good for 36 hours! Granted it was a hot day, but still.

Yeo Valley Meat box received and items used to date have been very good. A couple packs had already started defrosting however when I called a very helpful lady informed me they would be fine if used within 5 days.

Very good concept, tasty food (but a little expensive), just needs to get food to customer before defrosting!!

Package v difficult to open .the courier did not take notice of the fact that I advised I was old and just put the parcel outside the porch on the ground. I could not lift it!! DPD is not good in this area so I will not be ordering again !!

Wonderful meat but even though we were in for delivery one steak was defrosted! I know its hot at the moment but most deliveries have been like this over the past 2 years we've been buying.

We have just upgraded our packaging to include thicker boxes, wool insulation and more efficient water-filled ice packs, we have experienced a lot fewer issues concerning defrosts since the change.

I am very pleased with the quality of the products and though I have not sampled all of the items I was impressed with the taste of those I have. Regrettably the cost, including packing and delivery, is high and I doubt I will be purchasing on a regular basis. Furthermore the courier left the box on the front doorstep in blazing sunshine. Fortunately the items were very well packed with freezer bags and no harm was done.

The chicken and mushroom pie and Steak and ale pie are very very tasty, full of meat and excellent pies. the pork sausages are very meaty and nice.

very nice, I just wish all of their products were separated into around 125g to 150g portions as that way I don't have to defrost the entire package and then cook half and refreeze the other half. The other option to cook the whole thing and then refrigerate the remainder for a later meal is not good as the taste changes in the fridge. One last feedback I can give is about the added sugar on the bacon, I assume people who buy organic are health conscious so adding processed sugar to a product that is targeted at this group seems questionable especially as the product is marketed as organic and nitrate-free, both of which are qualities which are supposed to make it healthier to consume. I buy organic meat for health reasons rather than for taste; not sure if other people do the same.

I will pass on your feedback about the small pack size, but sadly the sugar added to the bacon helps with the curing process we do only add the necessary amount for preserving and for taste. I have been buying your organic bone broth for ages, and I normally love them. But the last two lots of beef broth have been so highly peppered I shan't be able to use them in the future. At the moment the lamb ones seem OK.

Half of my order was defrosted, otherwise the products taste great. If it wouldn't be the problem with the transport I would gladly keep ordering from them.

I brought the duck has a present, it said if i spent over a certain amount i would get frre delivery, i didn't. But has it was a gift, i paid the price asked for. When it arrived at my son-in-laws the stuffing and bacon had both defrosted, he phone you, then messaged me that i would be reciving a refund for those 2 items. I didn't, or rather havn't so far. Now the feed back has all been positive on the quality and taste of the duck and he seems happy with the present, so all good in that department. But i'm still unhappy i had to pay postage that should have been free, and no refund. Susan F Redworth
