“My deliveries have always been on time and customer service is excellent. I cant find any organic bone broth in sussex so had to find someone online to deliver. I go for the chicken soup and it tastes delicious and from what i read on the ingredients it has a high level of bone broth (extras are vegetables to give taste and the taste really is lovely) as i was after this for the gut healing properties... The only thing i would say is that i would really love them to find another way of packaging so that we could reduce the waste there. And also i would be a mega fan if they were delivered in glass bottles and NOT plastic (and maybe sort out a system for people to return the bottles to be reused when you purchase your next order.... also putting any hot liquids into any plastic pouches can also allow for plastic particles to leak into the contents through osmosis...”

“As a frequent user of the Beef Bone Broth I can say it is usually excellent However some of the recent packs have not been up to standard About three of these have been very dark with a thick black section at the bottom of the pack and the resulting drink not to my taste However I have just had one of my recent deliveries and it was as it always has been much lighter in colour and its usual lovely flavour”

“Yes, we did enjoy the two varieties of the chicken broth - plain and with vegetables. We shall be ordering further quantities from you regularly from now on. However, we did face one problem - when defrosting the vegetable chicken broth packet overnight in the fridge, we found in the morning that it had been leaking and had soiled the shelf it was on as well as the shelves below. We could salvage only part of the quantity and, of course, had to clean out the ' very wet shelves'.. Perhaps you can ensure that such an event does not recur. Paresh Kapoor”

“Enjoyed the lamb bacon makes a pleasant change from pork. Just to let you know the bacon was slightly thawed out on arrival. It wasn’t left outside as I was in to receive the parcel. The other goods were fine.”

“The woolen packaging has been used on top of a raised bed to protect the tulip bulbs planted beneath and to line the chicken coop roosting area for extra protection from the cold. Please consider option of butchers paper wrapping instead of using vaccum packed plastic in future.”

“Arrived super fast packed extremely well new to broth, I was hoping that I could just drink as a soup in a cup, I tried the beef and then a chicken but was everso salty the taste impossible to drink but I made the most amazing chicken soup with the broth 3 fussy children and they all loved it. For today I'm about to make a lamb casserole today with another perfect for cooking tastes so good that way but not to drink on is own 😊”
