“When pack arrives in afternoon it is not always still frozen. I would imagine morning delivery is more reliable in this respect but if you live at the end of the daily DPD route nothing much can be done, this is the reason for the “damaged” reply below.”

“I like the meat but as mentioned in previous review I would like all your burgers to be gluten free. In particular the turkey one. Should be easy as you make excellent beef and pork gluten free ones.”

“Really happy with the bone broths. I’m on a low FODMAP diet so it’s really really helpful to find somewhere that’s stocks low FODMAP broths. I had been looking for ages! I buy the chicken and the beef although I generally prefer the taste of the chicken when drinking it straight from a mug! Thanks! Would love if you could introduce more LF products.”

“Good quality produce and good customer service but concerned about all the *plastic packaging*. Another farm I occasionally buy from gives customers the option of having their items wrapped in waxed butchers paper.”

“Overall, good product and packaging, no issues To improve: Burgers chewy Would have preferred if meat delivered fresh instead of frozen, using a delivery agency with refrigerated vans rather than DPD Use by date information on packaging could be clearer (if back to frozen vs kept in fridge)”

“I have been purchasing products from Coombe for a little while now. It's good quality and value for money. The real test is when you cook it, None of the usual gunk you get from supermarket brought products seeping out. Really recommend you try the lamb.”

“I'm not a huge fan of frozen turkeys. I usually do fresh and I spatchcock them and do them on my charcoal grill (Egg). So, because it was frozen I didn't spatchcock (not really sure why) I considered brining but marinaded instead. The flavour was exceedingly good and we are thoroughly enjoying feasting on the remains as I write. I will continue to buy your products. Thank you. I have to say I'm a sucker for smoked turkey and this filled the bill (no pun).”

“While the quality of the product is good - the packaging is far from satisfactory. for the 2nd time we left the chicken broth with veg to thaw in the fridge overnight in a bowl. The following morning we found that the liquid had leaked out and the bowl was overflowing. this is the second time this has happened - I had reported a similar event a few months ago as well. PLEASE CHANGE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PACKS.”

“The meat is really nice, you can tell the difference from usual supermarket meats and this. But unfortunately they sent some wrong stuff, like duck wings instead of chicken. It is an emergency, so it doesn't really matter. Overall, highly reccomended, you will taste the difference.”

“Arrived on time and well packed. Eaten one sirloin so far it was very good. The streaky bacon had more fat than I had expected but after being in the aga oven to become crispy it tasted fine. I will be a repeat buyer”
