“Product excellent or very good, problem of initial long lead-time for delivery appears sorted. Only complaints packaging; as a disabled person, takes me about 30 minutes to open parcel and dispose of packaging responsibly. For regular, customers, what about a cool-box hire scheme, with the emptied cool-box being returned via the courier when next delivery made?”

“Second time buying and everything was ok. Small issue this time as when I unpacked, one of the pork livers was partly defrosted but the rest of the order was well frozen still so had liver for tea ! Minor problem nothing wasted. Cheers Andy”

“I thought the unsmoked streaky bacon very tasty but quite fatty but glad you don’t use nitrates; the beef burgers are good but could easily be split in two, however I was disappointed with the sirloin steak as I found them quite tough and not particularly tasty hence 4 stars and not 5. Delivery was fast packaging could be improved as my box was damaged.”

“Although the host rings were more than one third underweight the product was good and tasty. Fortunately I noticed that the goat rings were too light and weighed them... and everything else! That was the only underweight item and on pointing it out I promptly recieved a refund. It didn't feel to me that this issue was taken as seriously as it should have been, and I wonder how many other customers were sold short and didn't notice. The products are good and tasty, but I feel very uncomfortable about such a large error in weight of one item. I mark the service as poor, and it lets down a very good and ethical product”

“I like the service and the fact all arrive perfectly frozen. However not much choice these days prob due to COVID. Also would like all your burgers to be gluten free in particular make some turkey gluten free ones. I found sausages way too spicy (pork)”

“I quite like the different variety of bone broths that your company offers, especially that it’s organic and the bone broth are simmered over 24 hours for extra depth and flavor. At first, I was a little worried about the broth arriving in a defrosted state since I live in the midlands but you guys packaged it so well with ice packs and insulation it wasn’t a problem at all. The only problem I had was 2 out of the 3 bags of broth I was defrosting started to leak in the fridge. If you can get sturdier packaging to stop leakages that would be great! Overall, it’s a good quality product and I have just made my second order!”

“The ordering process was fine as far as I remember and the meat seems to be good. My only gripe is that two steaks arrived defrosted and I didn't want to re-freeze.”
