“The meat is delicious. We were especially delighted by the retired dairy rump steak. The pork escallops pan-fried really well and we're looking forward to trying the rest of our first order. The meat arrived rather defrosted but I'm assuming it was OK to put back into the freezer as it was vaccuum packed? Thanks Jacqueline”

“Great meat. Didn't get the 'delivery time' phone call so had to ring and check. Also 2 lots of bacon arrived defrosted. Was told I could make a quiche and freeze it!!!!”

“Whilst we had a problem , in that we didn’t expect the meat to be frozen. Unfortunately, by the time it was delivered it had defrosted. Therefore the shelf life was shorter. I have to thank Katherine for her very quick response. The meat that we received was of very good flavour and very tender. Thank you”

“The order and delivery process worked perfectly! A bit too much plastic in the box for my liking but probably necessary. Chicken and beef mince delicious. Sausages were dry and not very interesting. The rest still has to be consumed.”

“The veg box was disappointing..... lettuce was old and wilted potatoes soft apples bruised and beetroot not ripe , didn’t feel it was value for money despite this the meat was 2nd to none .... fresh and very tasty”

“The meat looked very healthy but I was a little concerned that some items on the top were a bit soft (starting to defrost a little) but on the whole I would say I was happy with my purchase and will use them again.”

“Great service, fast, prompt and punctual. I'm afraid the only thing that bother me slightly is the amount of plastic used. But I think that this is the best solution to delivering food quickly. Especially if point of delivery is some distance away.”

“Too soon to say although we are pleased with the efficient supply of our order and its contents. Our only concern was the amount of packing - which we appreciate was necessary to keep the contents as cold as possible - but as a resource seems rather excessive from an ecological point of view. It would be great if it could be returned to you for further use but then we suppose that would not be workable for you.”

“Most of the produce was excellent. I would have given 5 but I emailed with a complaint about the bacon, but no-one responded. The bacon was not frozen when it arrived and when I cooked it had a sour taste. I didn't eat anymore and had to bin the rest of the packet. I can only think my email was missed and I am sure this is not a common error. I don't think it would be fair to post this review on your website as the overall quality was very good.”
