“Easy to order. Cheap? Not so much! Easy to order, glad that they have products that not available at the local stores where I am from. However, product price in advertised emails CHANGED (increased) at actual web site. In New Zealand we would call that FALSE Advertising! And it's illegal! And it's the only thing I am not happy about.”

“My Order was hacked, I got a text message (before confirmation email form you) asking to pay extra $1 to complete the delivery. I knew it wasn't real but some other people might believe it. You need to check your security cheers Elena”

“The item I ordered had not been delivered after nearly two weeks. When it finally was - it was requiring me to be home or have someone at my home which is virtually impossible for someone working full time. Appreciate this isn’t Cosmetics Now law or policy however there needs to be option at point of payment and selection of delivery options to request options as this is not completely unreadable as I cannot have someone at my house all day waiting, I cannot change the address now to my work and I memed to collect in office hours (orpat peoples work hours including mine). Could have done better. The time taken to send the goods is also longer than most providers. The prices are not cheap enough at all to warrant that.”

“I’m a repeat customer & after placing an online order I expected to be sent an email to at least let me know you received it & of course tell me when it’s been shipped. I didn’t receive an email so I was left in limbo hoping that I’d eventually get it. I obviously received it & all was well but communication at the beginning wouldn’t go astray!”

“All was fine except I found out that Cosmetics Now had sent me on my last order a variation of the product that I’d ordered: I was sent a moisturiser for “dry skin” versus the standard product. Otherwise all good - although a bit disappointed with shipping times from Melbourne. This should be overnight not the 3-5 working days it takes.”

“Would be better if the seller get the information about the dispatch of item. I had to go to post office and search with my name asking "if there was any parcel on my name?"”

Hi Rupesh, Standard procedure with Auspost is to leave a calling card on a missed delivered. I guess in this case that didn't occur? Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
