“There was no one in attendance when the parcel came to the studio and no post office collection note! Hopefully the Post office have it still there as I have been away sick and just chased the tracking order today.”

Hi Kathryn, Sorry about this, it is possible that Auspost either failed to provide a calling card or they misplaced it. We recently added notification emails for each step in the delivery process that sent an email notifying of awaiting collection.
