“Packaging was well packed. However the message that I customised was not how I wanted. I included emoji, which turnt out to be a question mark. Wish they would correct it and did not include the question mark at alll”

“My recent order is first order with Cosmetics Now. The delivery came in fast (within 5 days) and the packaging is well done (no damage at all). I am pleased with the order and shall continue to order for future requirement. Keep it up. PS: But price could have been better. I previously bought the item regular from Airport duty free shop.”

“First time used. The delivery time was bad, but lets put that down to Covid-19, although i'm not getting the same delays with other suppliers. Points for communication though, that's what counts. Will use again”
