There is always a wide varied range of good quality products at Costco with regular discounted items. The staff are always more than helpful and If you're not a member I can only ask why not ???

Higher prices smaller sizes. Still fun to shop there. But the FOOD COURT is too busy & serving 1/2 full frozen ice cream! Better to buy ice cream and take it home! Plus Absolutely no place to park!

Two things I miss purchasing at Costco the strawberry and blueberry custard seasonal pie as well as being able to buy the double pack of Nexus conditioner I have three bottles of the shampoo and I only need the conditioner they stop selling the double pack of the Nexus two mattress conditioner they make you buy the shampoo and the conditioner together also some of the cashews need to slow down when dealing with people money and stop being such a hurry one of the cashiers at the Richmond Costco was very nice but she made three mistakes just dealing with me and mistakes with other customers people are watching their money and they don't want to be $20 short or charge $25 more for something they didn't purchase and also they want to be able to receive the items that they purchased for instance I asked for two hot dogs which comes with sodas automatically I got one hot dog and a soda and just one soda I got charged $55 for gas and I only ask for $25 in gas amongst additional mistake not only with me with other customers other than that I love Costco for certain items great place to shop

Had a bad experience when Costco,com tried to deliver and install a dishwasher. I don't recommend it, a horrible experience. Said they would show up and install dishwasher but never did and had a hard time getting information why they didn't come and when they could install it. Took many phone calls but finally got my money back, don't order appliances online, your in for a bad experience. Jerry,

Costco has great prices and because many items I need have free shipping. Some item i order are quick to arrive within a day or two if it is backorder they try their best to ship it to me as soon as it is available

I love shopping at Costco but I was very disappointed tonight at approximately 5:30 p.m. to see only three full checkouts open when the store was packed with long lines. I understand that most Monday nights are probably not that crowded but it is the week of Thanksgiving and Black Friday savings. There were multiple full service checkouts that were closed. There was a lady encouraging people to do self checkout but I am not going to do self-checkout when I'm spending over $900 at one time. The member service is lacking.

I was at checkout and was approached by a gentleman who told me my account was flagged for an upgraded membership. He began speaking to me while checking out and interrupted my ability to check my total bill and have any interaction with the person checking me out. He then continued without allowing me to leave the check out area. I initiated moving my cart out of the checkout area and he continued. I then initiated moving my cart out of the line of traffic as he continued to talk to me there. I felt I was being accosted and coerced into upgrading my membership. I was taken to customer service and was told that I didn’t get back even the amount of the difference in membership costs. The person who initially approached me stated that they “usually” refund the difference in memberships if I do not spend enough. I was very disappointed in this encounter.

What I Hate about Costco Rabate money is my money. There should be a way to request a direct deposit directly into my bank account. Or, I should be able to request a check. But no, I have to drive in and go to the front desk to cash a rebate in. Holly Cow! what if I lived a hundred miles away and needed MY cash? I've put up with this for years and swallowed my complaints. Today (5/15/2021), I went in to cash MY rebate, and Costco's policy has changed. Now you have to go all the way into the store and buy something to use it. Even the employees think it's stupid and told me to buy something inexpensive, and the cashier will give me back the remainder of MY money in change. What Costco rebates are beginning to amount to are loyalty discounts on Costco purchases. When I received my few hundred dollars in change, I went back to the front desk and asked if they would exchange all the twenties for hundred dollar bills. They wouldn't even do that. For the first time in years, I'm considering shopping elsewhere. I might sell all my stock also.

Ordered wine but they took much longer than teh advertised 3 working days and did not keep me inforned of progress. Their website is painfully slow.

I have generally had very positive experiences with Costco. But I am not happy that, in my view, they took advantage of my mother. She was checking out and she was yet again approached about upgrading her membership. The salesperson did not take no for an answer. She was pressured. She is 88 years old and was tired and gave in and said yes. $50.00 later and a long ride home, she realized she did not want the upgrade. When she called, she was told she had to be there in person to cancel the upgrade! I do not know if this is legal, but it sure is inconvenient! I called and got nowhere also. She's frustrated and I'm angry. I'll be surprised if this review is published.

I do much of my grocery shopping at Costco and often find products that I regularly buy are discontinued, and disappear without warning. I'm unhappy that Chobani flip top yogurt has been discontinued without warning. Because they continually move products, it's a waste of time to search, not find something we depend on and then need to visit another store. I also learned that Skinny Pop Aged Cheddar popcorn is no longer available. The first time I asked about where it was, I was told that it became an online item. I searched online for it but it nowhere to be found. Apparently it is an Instacart item but I won't be using them, or any other of the delivery companies. I know that they don't treat the people who work for them well, pay them adequately or respect the time and they invest in earning meager wages while requiring the use of their own vehicles and forcing them to be at the mercy of arbitrary tippers. I know that Costco treats their employees well, and I am surprised that you are utilizing the food delivery companies that are known to disavow responsibility to the people that make their services possible. I hope that the companies that you contract with to deliver appliances and other large items treat the people who make their businesses possible with respect and offer living wages because I know they require long days of hard physical labor. (That matters to many people including me and I refuse to utilize any services that do not treat the people who work for them with the respect they deserve.)

Customer service is terrible. I barely get to real person, after I explain my situation, she (Denies) put me on a hold after 15 min I hang up. Also, tried to reset password using my phone, but after I received verification code on my email, the system knock me out from the page where it should be entered.
