When it comes to clothes... Costco sucks for "man" size... 2xl is the biggest.. but there's a lot of big men that shop the stores that would like to be included on clothing deals.

I was given a Costco giftcard. The website says that you can shop in stores with a giftcard. I was refused entry. Then, I went to member services and their response was "who would tell you that". You know you can't go over the amount on your giftcard wihtout cash". I didn't have any cash. I went four dollars over and they did take my debit card but no without making me feel like I was breaking the rules. I would have liked to been welcomed. It would have been nice for someone to ask me to be a member. Instead I was treated as someone not welcome and suspicious.

Costco is fine till you have a problem. Do not buy computer from Costco. Will not let you use your own computer unless you enter all your information and have internet. I called their concierge service to explain this computer cannot go on the net and after 20 min on hold hung up on me. Called back and been on hold again 20 min with no help

I always buy Kirkland Spanish Queen Olives for my martinis . They are the best olives I have ever bought until now. The ones we are using now taste strange, sort of medicinal tasting and not like olives at all! I don’t know what happened with this product but they are definitely not the ones I am used to. I bought some more the other day and hopefully they are better - if not they will be returned. In my experience all Kirkland product are very good!

From start (4/25/2022 opening at 10 AM) to finished shopping ,,the employees I had interaction with were rude! The greet person did not even look at me or my card after I said good morning, she did not respond The guy on the floor lift almost ran me over,,and the helper at self check-out was unresponsive when I thanked her for her help. I will not be renewing my membership this year. I know another store that has nicer employees,,,this is important to me.

This is really an issue with Instacart, but Costco is partnered with them. I can order from Costco and get the goods delivered in a few weeks. I was happy to get a 3 day delivery recently. Turns out it was through Instacart on the Costco website. The delivery is touted as free-however the cost is $60.00 in additional fees for delivery on my $250.00 order. I'm 30 minutes into the online contract, and see that the free delivery comes with markups and fees. You need to use Instacart for any fresh produce, so be aware that the delivery through them will bring a markup on all your goods. Costco should be more transparent regarding this relationship.

What happened to the quality of canned nuts? Peanut label still says super extra large and crunchy. But they are small with less crunch. Many pieces, less whole. Same disappointment with cashews in jar and the peanuttles in december.

I understand the covid19 and things are limited. However, I am a family of 6 a few people who have bowel problems and then I also am looking after my grandma and my mother and father inlaw as well as my sister and her family. I had placed my order with Costco about 3-4 days ago they showed toilet paper, napkins, disinfectant wipes a few other items as well. It said I would have my whole order by Friday between 12pm-5pm well my shopper was amazing and sweet and understanding to say the least had to tell me at last minute we will not be getting toilet paper or any of those items I mentioned above and that the store got wiped out and did not bother to take the online orders products aside and just let walk in customers take everything. I called Costco corporate and made a complaint. I feel like they just failed and decided that online orders were no longer important and were screwed. I am extremely disappointed to say the least to think my family and 4 other families I am trying to take care of and many others who are immune compromised or disabled or seniors. We all are basically being told oh well sorry. I'm starting to feel like they are not sorry and they do not care!

Our refrigerator runs but the doors are uneven and the person they sent out said that most just come that way.

I bought a apple pie for Christmas dinner. 2 days later there was mold on it. I was very upset to say the least, I have never had any pie go this bad so fast. I will never get another one. If it needed to be refrigerated that fact is not on the pie anywhere. I don't think it would fit anyway. I couldn't take the pie back to the store I threw it out. But, did take pictures. Everyone just be aware. Thanks for reading this.

It is absolutely not worse to pay Costco membership. First of all it is not true that you are buying at Costco at "wholesale prices" just like it is absolutely not worse to pay $60 a year or more for Costco membership. You dont need to be smart to figure it out but somehow it blows my mind to see so many naive people staying in long lines to check out or the same people who always have to look to even park their cars. The most ridiculous is that Costco has such a low choices of products and most of them Are Not cheaper than in stores like: Walmart, where you have 100 times more choices of stuff and often cheaper stuff and food, Wincos, who has way more choices of food is also cheaper overall than Costco. Even Fred Meyer has quite comparable prices with way more choices of stuff and food ...plus none of these stores requires pay for membership and none of them have so much waiting in lines and problem even park your car. Think about why Costco is the only company who makes people wait in line with 2-3 items and not having "express lanes" or check out yourself? Because Costco wants you to buy as many items as you can put in their big shopping carts and thats why not offers small shopping carts like most of stores and if you buy only couple of items Costco will have you wait in line with people who have full big shopping carts. ..... not fair at all.

Customer Service: I went to a location in Canada and the service was awful except for one nice lady. My family and myself have been shopping at Costco for years and last week the cashiers and the one supervisor treated me like garbage. I was so frustrated, I almost walked out without my groceries. Luckily there was one kind lady that helped me out in the end. Costco, you need lots of improvement with you member services!

Their online pricing for their “2 day delivery” items can be three or four times higher then in warehouse. They do not make that clear to the buyer.

I like Costco. We shop there once or twice a month almost every month. It is where we buy our bottled water the Kirkland signature purified water 500 ml. My two stars goes to the water because lately I cannot open it due to the cap that is very thin. I always put rubber band around it to open.

In December of 23 I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator from Costco. Not long after receiving it, I noticed that it was freezing everything on the first three shelves in the refrigerator. Instead of keeping the temperature at the recommended 37 °. I have had to turn it up to 40°. Then I noticed ice growing up the back wall of the freezer and realized I definitely had a problem with this refrigerator. Even though I have a 2-year warranty from Costco, I was told I had to go through Whirlpool. Whirlpool has the worst service I've ever received. I've had three different technicians out here and each one has been worse than the one before. They seem to pick the lowest bidder to do their warranty work. The last technician that was here did nothing but scrape the ice off the wall and tell me that these things just happen. I have gone through all the higher-ups at Costco and still have not been offered the chance to exchange this refrigerator. Each person passes it on to another person and no one gets anything done. I am now dealing with the managers in my local Warehouse and hoping that they can help me. I would not recommend buying a major appliance from Costco because they don't stand by their warranty. If they did, my refrigerator would have been replaced months ago. Let this be a warning to anyone who wants to buy a major appliance at Costco!

They sent me a replacement product because my current one was defective. Unfortunately, I have since moved from the original purchase address and was told it can only be shipped to the original purchase address. I called 10 times to have it updated prior to the replacement being shipped ND not one single person was able to updated my address as shown in my Costco account. Disgrace! Will no longer be shopping at Costco and will transition to BJ's which will be opening up soon. Also, BJ's membership cost is 3 times cheaper.

So My husband is on his father’s Costco account. I typically do all the shopping while he’s at work. I use his card with no issues whatsoever. Today I go in and all of a sudden it’s an issue. We live in the same home. We are MARRIED. What on earth is the issue???? So now he has to be inconvenienced by coming to Costco after a long day at work so we can get the things that I should have already been able to get! Some kind gentleman even offered to be there and allow me to use his card but apparently that was an issue as well. Costco y’all are screwing up big. Looks like bjs and Sam’s club are going to. E the way to go from now on. The least they could have done was let me finish making my purchase. I spend a lot of money at Costco but I will not be anymore.

Went to the food court and ordered 3 whole pizzas, no one waiting and took 40 minutes. the time they got the last one ready, the other were cold. I can understand if they were busy, but they were slow.
