“Steve, our delivery person, arrived in a timely manner and took away our sofa quickly. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes. After looking at our sofa, Steve informed us he our sofa looked to be in good condition (it was!) and said he would take it to goodwill. This of course made us very happy. The encounter with Steve was excellent.”

“We have had a horrible experience. The Loader who picked up the furniture has scratched the floors horribly and has caused over $1000 in repairs. We want our money back and to file a claim but I can't get anyone to talk to.”

“John Edwin & his wife were incredibly efficient and professional. They arrived in time and even waited for me to meet them there due to be stuck in some pretty heavy traffic after work. Not to mention their price were far better then others in the area as well. I would definitely book with them again!”

“Salvador and his colleague were willing to wear masks that I gave them, and remove their shoes. They were friendly and solved the problem of our old couch. They got it down from the 3rd floor thru tight halls and didn’t touch the walls at all. They were professional and should be congratulated. I give them my highest marks.”

“The driver, Totonio kept me informed of his progress, arrived when he said he would and, with his helper, moved out four pieces of furniture from an upstairs sitting area in less than 20 minutes. All the while with a good sense of humor, it being a Sunday morning. Extremely well pleased with their service.”
