“Terrible customer service. Waited over 6 hours and drivers never showed up. Kept making excuses why they were late and then never shows up at the end. Customer service refused full refund so had to do charge back. Never use these scammers!”

“This was my first time using Couch Disposal Plus and it was a great experience! The loader, Larry, was very professional and communicated effectively. The couch removal took less than 5 minutes once they got there. They made it look so easy! The scheduling and pre-payment was efficient and easy to use. I would definitely recommend using Couch Disposal Plus if you’re in need of getting rid of your couch!”

“Evert and crew are masters of what they do. They are very respectful and thoughtful. Truly professionals. They wrapped the door frame with protector, wore shoe booties, moved the furniture with extreme caution not to cause any scratch, mark etc. and checked the furniture all around to make sure there were not items left inside. These men are highly recommended. I will definitely let everyone that I know of this company and these men. Thanks for a very positive experience.”

“Second company l contacted for removal of couch and loveseat. Making the appointment the day before was a breeze. Price quoted was very good. The guys came on time and was professional. I would definitely call again if needed.”

“We were searching online for furniture disposal services and were shocked at the high prices for a couch. We continued to search and found this service. They have easy scheduling online and provide you upfront cost. We booked the pickup for the next day. You are able to get notifications via text. The notified us when they were on their way and the entire process was quick. We are pleased with the service and would use the service again.”

“Loaders came on time for my 2 reclining couches. Took maybe 10 mins and they were in and out the door. Very nice and quick. Highly recommend..”

“Such a smooth process. Requested a pick up online. Scott called and said he was about 45 minutes away. He was prompt and courteous. Only took about half an hour and we were done. Would definitely use them again”
