“Quick service. When the original company called about not being able to pick up I was able to immediately arrange for an alternate company through them and the individuals were pleasant, efficient, and did great work!”

“We appreciated the clear communication and friendly demeanor of the folks who helped us. They worked quickly, which was also nice. Unfortunately, they badly damaged our apartment door frame when removing the furniture. We are likely to owe our apartment complex for the damage. We are very disappointed that an otherwise great experience was undermined by some carelessness.”

“Two hours after their pickup window ended I called them to find out they were running late and couldn't get to me that day. A phone call in advance would have been greatly appreciated. They promptly rescheduled and I received communication throughout the day regarding their anticipated arrival. They still showed up a couple of hours after the pick-up window ended, which was nearly four hours after the anticipated arrival time. The crew was incredibly nice, but you could tell they were run ragged. Dispatch clearly has them stretched too thin.”
