“I scheduled a pickup for Saturday 4-8 PM, but was contacted on Wednesday about the possibility of picking it up early. I jumped at the chance and they arrived by 6:30 PM to get it. It was a very quick process.”

“Very simple process. The driver contacted me before he arrived at the desired time. Even went above and beyond by removing my front door from the hinges so the couch can fit through. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Easy to schedule. Good price. Reliable service. Good communication from company day prior and from driver when on the way. Couch had been moved to driveway, so crew picked it up with having to knock on door. Will use again for other items when needed!”

“I didn't catch their names, but the two people that came over for us exceeded my expectations. Polite, professional, and efficient. They showed up in the time window that we expected and did a great job! Very impressed! This pick up went so much smoother than the delivery of some new pieces of furniture. Fantastic job!”

“I was concerned at first that this wasn't a legit program, but I was wrong. There was good communication through the whole process. The team that picked up my couch and chair were prompt, courteous, and well prepared. They were in and out in 15 minutes. Great service and nice people.”

“Our pickup was scheduled for a 4 hour block from 12 noon to 4PM. Our driver did not show up until 9:05PM. We had to keep calling to make sure that someone was going to pick up our couch since we had other furniture arriving the next morning. The driver was pleasant when he arrived and they took the couch quickly, however the wait and lack of communication was very frustrating.”

“We did have a problem in communication with the supplier. No time frame call the night before per your site. Only an email saying pick-up between 8 am and 12. When it got late in am, tried to make phone contact as we had plans after 12, but could not reach anyone. At about 12:30 pm, on our way out of the house, finally reached someone by phone, who advised crew on way. They arrived shortly after and did an excellent job, but we missed our appointment.”
