“My pickup went great! They were on time and were able to get a 4 piece sectional sofa down my stairs and out the door without any issues. Would definitely recommend their services!”

“I reserved Load Up services yesterday at 2:40 and was guaranteed a pick up today between 8-12. LISTEN UP YA’LL, this was the BEST experience! Both workers were professional the removal of my loveseat was easy and painless! The receipt was uploaded on the spot and a copy was given to myself. I would give this service a 5/5 stars and HIGHLY recommend! It was the best money I spent in a long time!!”

“Please forward to a MANAGER for review!!! Appt. was set up on Wednesday 4/3/2019 for Friday, 4/5/2019 between 8am and 12 pm. On Thursday 4/4/2019 I received a message that the driver can't make it Friday 4/5, will show up Sunday between 8 and 12 pm. Well I bought a new couch and it was scheduled to be delivered Friday afternoon after the removal of the old couch. You guys never showed up, so now I have 2 couches in my basement!!!You guys really threw a monkey wrench in the plane by not showing up TWICE!! The driver was a NO-CALL, NO-SHOW!!!!. I waited around all morning for nothing. Wasted 4 #^# hours. I could have made better use of my time, but no I was waiting on a no show. I called to complain and they said they would get back with me. I received a message that he will be there on Monday between 4 and 8pm. They didn't call until 7:10 or so saying I'll be there in 30-45 minutes. they showed up @ 7:40 pm at night. I had to delay my dinner waiting on these guys to frikken show up. then they scratched my walls on top of all this crapp from your company. Horrible customer service and also from the 4 times I called you all, NO ONE even apologized for the inconvenience X's 2 ever on none of my return calls. I advised others not to ever call you guys for anything at all!! The I asked him to move another couch for me for the inconveniences and he stated do I tip??? After they moved the second piece from the basement he put on a Grammy performance like he was soooooo tired from the move and stated, "hey man, I'm worn out from this so I can't help you. OMG, it WAS NOT that heavy to be doing all the acting he was doing. I would like my money back....wouldn't you if you received this kind of service???????? this is why you should NEVER pay anyone UP-FRONT for services not rendered. This was a total cluster f$%@% . 720-560-0618 I'd like a manager to call me back or just send me a damn refund!!! If I do not hear from anyone soon, I'll post this negative report online and with the BBB. Thanks for the horrible service!!! Also after they loaded the couch they just left without saying anything. No thank you, good by, see you later, thanks for using Couch Disposal, nothing!! OMG. 1110 S, Monaco Parkway Denver, Co 80224 is the address. Waiting for a reply!!”

While traffic, weather and mechanical issues are not typical, they do occur resulting in delays. I am happy to read we reached out to you the day prior to notify and reschedule and we finally did complete the order within the 4pm-8pm time from Monday. “Hauler appeared six hours after scheduled block of time was over, after our new couch was delivered. The system had clearly scheduled too many jobs for the hauler to handle them all on time.”

“Great service for couch disposal needs. Booked my appt. 3 days prior to my needs and, the service (load up) was very accomodating with my appt. They called the day of the appt. with a 3 hr. window but, I missed their call. Returned their call and, they were still very accommodating to still have the couch picked up that same afternoon. Good communication by the pick up (trucking company) as well and, arrived when they stated for pick up. All in all, great communication and pickup. Would use again if needed. A+ recommended.”
