We ordered a cover from coverworld and unfortunately, I ordered for a sport model and not a deluxe model. Our cover was supposed to be for a 21' and because of the sport/deluxe option the cover ended up being 1/2' too short. Coverworld's return policy does not state anywhere that they will not accept returns on covers that were the wrong size or wrong order. I know its our fault for not ordering the specific model cover but we were willing to pay a restocking fee just to get the right cover. Its very unfortunate that customer service was not willing to work with us in order to guarantee satisfaction. Their return policy clearly does not say anywhere that they won't accept returns on wrong orders.

I order wrong cover i did not want a totally new frame. When i called i was told i could not get an exchange or refund. Because it was my fault. Not to self i will never order from Cover world ever again.

I ordered the cover pole support. It was very poor quality. When I tried to return it, it took over 5 phone calls from me. I was told that they would not provide a shipping label to return it and the best they could do was to provide a refund o 20% of the orriginal pirce of the order. Would never buy from this company again.

Ordered in May,got the run around and lied to about when it supposed to go out, and then send the wrong cover. They want their money back.

It does NOT fit. I will be returning for my money back. It’s to small. Please contact me. The reason it took so long is because we had the boat shrink wrapped. Just removed the plastic so we could put the cover on. Didn’t fit. Very disappointed. Again. Please contact me glendajo53@icloud.com or 406-240-4172.

I thought i was ordering just a exact fit bimini top for my premier pontoon. I was wrong it took 3 weeks then when it arrived it cane with its own aluminum frame and the top was not what i expected. I called to return the bimini top or maybe get one that fits without changing the frame. I was told i could not return it. Thankfully I found Great Lakes Skipper online and had my zip in replacement top in 3 days that fits exactly. Sooo if anyone needs a charcoal gray bimini top with frame in Michigan let me know

First off no one EVER answers the phone and when they do its pointless and never no call backs like they tell you. Still waiting for bimini braces and can not get a hold of anyone. No shipping info to even try to find out where my order is and its going on a month now, will never buy here and will pass on to anyone i know. I am still calling to try to talk to someone who cares about my order.

After receiving a non-customized style-to-fit cover from Cover World, I called and submitted a request to return or exchange the cover for a Custom or better fitting cover. I called and submitted my request well within the 30 days of purchase and delivery. I called and emailed many times to follow up on the request. Cover World declined my request and said it was against their return policy. My request was well within the limits of the Return Policy listed on their website, which they promote as "Custom Satisfaction is our #1 priority". This was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this company. They do not honor their policies which are clearly stated on their website, which provides customers a false sense of security when purchasing.

Received a non-custom fit cover I ordered which did not fit property. Tried to contact the company to return/exchange for a custom fit cover. Coverworld did not accept my request and denied any return or exchange, although I was well within the 30 days and the terms under the Return Policy on their website. Terrible experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I would give them no stars if I could. My advice is to measure your boat yourself. Do not rely on their recommendation for your make, model and year (which I did). It was too wide. Because installers are still backed up after the pandemic, I missed the 30 window to return. I cannot get a human to actually speak to. You have to leave a message when you call and they email you back a standard message. So frustrating! Horrible customer service!

!!EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!! I bought the Bimini top from Cover world for double what they cost on Amazon expecting 1) exact fit for my boat model 2) high quality material. Instead, the top was a generic size that fit “about right” after some manipulation. More upsetting, the eye end connectors on both sides broke immediately on install. Extremely cheap plastic parts. For $550, this product should ONLY come with stainless steel hardware, not offer that as an up charge from an already outrageously high price. Don’t waste your money. Buy from Amazon and upgrade your hardware. The only good from this experience is responsiveness from customer service. Unfortunately, their response was to replace the broken pieces with the same cheap plastic and deny my refund request.

I have had a horrible experience do not do business with Cover World or Carver Covers!! I entered my boat model etc, they sent me a cover, it did not come close to fitting, I returned it and they will not give me my refund because they said it was not "first quality". The pictures they showed me had some pollen on the cover. It was a Carver cover, I had to deal with both Cover World and Carver, it was a total hassle! Do not do business with Carver or Cover World!!!!

I sent in many measurements of boat , spent alot of time doing so and sending them in. I waited very patiently for months to find out cover did not fit. I was very disappointed. Then it took several calls and emails to get my credit . I would not order from Cover Workd

I ordered an over the tower cover from Cover World and when I received the cover it would not fit. It was baggy where it shouldn't be and wouldn't cover the whole boat. They advertise a fit guarantee, so I contacted them about it. After a couple of weeks of getting the run around I was told that I didn't have a fitment issue and that carver (the maker of the cover) wouldn't take the return. The customer service rep was sympathetic to my plight, but couldn't do anything to allow me to return the product that didn't fit. For a company that advertises that they put customer satisfaction first this whole experience shows that they simply do not. In the end they traded me the over-the-tower cover that I wanted for a under-the-tower cover that I didn't want or need simply because it was that or keep the other cover that didn't fit. I figured something was better than nothing, but it wasn't at all what I wanted. If you get a cover that fits and doesn't have a problem, you may be happy, if you need customer service in any way, and your experience is anything like mine, you will be stuck with a worthless cover.

Do not buy from this company spent almost $700 they sent us our order wrong color wrong purchase poor quality and we want to return and they want us to pay 25% fee and pay for return shipping going to take all our money just to return this junk back to them not ok!poor customer service

I called to be sure that the cover for the wilderness systems recon 120HD would fit with the HD drive and was told it would. It’s not even close. So if you’re looking for a cover that covers the boat with the HD drive in place this is not your cover and don’t believe what they tell you. The cover is meant for the recon 120 without the HD drive.
