Also spent £1000 three weeks ago and was notified today they have gone into administration taking my money and no product. And there website is still live so others will continue to be tricked into handing over money and making fake orders when they have closed down. Disgusting!

Do not use these cowboys. We spent £1000 only two weeks ago and they have gone into administration taking our money and no product. They were still taking orders only two days before going down. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered side tables in November - delays ongoing and after contacting customer service several times kept being assured will be delivered and given estimated date we had a letter today to say that they’ve gone into liquidation and we won’t get our order! Disappointed they were not more honest

"Succulent & Eucalyptus Wreath" looks absolutely nothing like the picture - very cheap looking and foliage nowhere near as full - leaves broke off during delivery + online image cannot have been accurate. Why can't you leave a review on the Cox and Cox website? Very dodgy. Too expensive and extremely poor quality product. Won't be using this company again. Return would be too costly/inconvenient, so this will be going to local charity shop in the New Year. UPDATE: I contacted Cox and Cox with my order number weeks ago and have still not received a reply.

Utterly disgraceful company. Spent 3 days on continuous hold. Never reply to emails or answer the phone. Have literally stolen £1500 from me for something ordered mid-November with a delivery within 12 day promise. Was told that it was sent, but the courier lost it. Then was told that actually it wasn't sent as the Manufacturer forgot to send it, to now being told that it wasn't even ordered in and that the manufacturer is out of stock until End-Jan, Start-Feb. Can't even contact them to complain about it. Will never ever buy from again.

Atrocious customer service- they don’t answer the phone or emails. I have paid £30 to return 2 mirrors - extortionate in itself- money has been deducted from my account but still no details re when the mirrors will be picked up/ arrangements. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but still inexcusable. I won’t be shopping here again.

Do not order products from this company. They sell outdoor Christmas lights that cannot be used outside. When I rang to ask them what I should do they just told me it was written on their website. When I finally got through to speak to someone the person on the line gave such a qualified apology it wasn’t really an apology. I could go on but DO NOT BUY any of their lighting products.

Staff attempted to be helpful but turned out to be somehow incompetent. Each single interaction ended up in me contacting them again to get things right. The whole process, including friendly meant gift voucher was just a disaster and kept me busy on the phone and email for over a week. The launcher set had a broken part - which could not be replaced - so packing all up and getting the courier back again. One can choose a day but not the time and again they phoned before 7 am. Gift voucher: The dog lead was a collar in a plastic bag saying 'lead', then of course no lead in stock - so now having two collars different sizes but no set. In the end I did not want to send it back as all I could get was another gift voucher .... I was also shocked by the poor quality of the launcher we ordered (Ravenna), you cannot get the full information from the very glossy website. It turned out to be done in Vietnam (delivery time !!! - summer was over by the time we finally received it) and in very light wood - wouldn't dare to place my old aunt on it. The whole experience made us to 'never buy furniture from the internet only although the advert was in a glossy magazine'. As others I would give it a 0 stars if possible. And please don't give me one more "I am sorry to hear ..." no more excurses - I just want to get this company out of my email inbox !!!

- Delivery time delayed by almost a year - Item arrived different sizes to what website said - cox and cox refusing to give me my money back on the item. they have also not said if there is a reason as to why they're not refunding me.... they've simply just ignored my daily emails (2 months ive been waiting for this refund), and said they're looking into it. TWO MONTHS LATER. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?! Never buy anything from this website. They've actually made me cry on multiple occasions because of how incompetent they are

Goods for a gift .Only after I got in touch 8 days later told no stock. Why take order if you do not have goods. Never again wish I had read reviews first . Poor.

Miss leading website, brought “bedding” but only duvet cover supplied, they don’t even sell the matching pillow cases. Do not reply to emails and customers service don’t care. Very poor

No replies to my emails regarding a faulty item from Cox & Cox. I deal with so many company's online and this company is by far the worst I have dealt with. Seeming they offer upmarket costly items you would expect the company's customer service to be on point but this is sadly not the case.

Horrendous customer service inc DHL and zigzag Still not collected my returns, despite paying £15 for this, waiting in all day, a day off work for them to not show, after endless calls c & c rearranged for another day for a repeat of the above, no communication to keep you up to speed, still not heard, still have parcels, also told to take up with zigzag myself for a postage refund despite it being booked with c&c🤷‍♀️ They do not reply to emails or call back as promised. Absolute pants Have purchased plenty from them in the past but will avoid like the plague. Another order of Christmas trees placed in October finally arrived this May. Shameful service

Terrible delivery times and lack of customer service. I ordered a dining table in April 2021 with a 10 week delivery time, in January 2022 I cancelled the order. In April 2022 I tried to order artwork in the sale, the website said it was in stock and would be delivered in 1-2 weeks. It is June 1st and I have received an email saying it will be end of July. Blaming the Global Shippjng delays is not good enough - this company cannot manage their stock and falsely advertise products as available when they are not. Terrible service.

Cox & Cox Customer have be exceptionally bad! I have pre-ordered my Garden Dinning Furniture on 2nd March and advertised on the COX & COX website as delivery on early May. When I didn't received any communication from them I contacted the C/C on 9th May and was promised by both email and phone that I would receive by their partner courier a notification of delivery within 3 days. These days came and go and yet an other call by myself to C/C and same promises again.Today we are 26th May and finally after various complains and emails to C/C and the promise that as supervisor would contact me within 48hours, I was not. I had to call in again and waste 2 hour of my time to only be told they had "packaging" issues and my dining set would be delivered to me in the next (please try to guess) 3-5 working days. Looks like this is the stock answer for everything.

I would have rated them zero if I could. They class themselves as premium clearly from their prices however I’ve never had anything but issues whether it be paying for ‘standard’ delivery but not receiving my order for months on end! Or most recently shelling out thousands on an outdoor furniture set which arrived damaged (after waiting 6 weeks for delivery). I flagged this to them over a month ago and there still is no resolution. Most of the the time you can find similar items on cowshed interior, Rockett st George or other websites so I’d definitely check elsewhere. Cox and cox makes spending your hard earned cash a miserable experience!

I ordered and received a small cloud rug. Cost a fortune So disappointed. It looks like a cheap bath mat. I couldn’t send it back because I have removed a sticker from the rug.

Not sure Cox and Cox deserve any stars if I’m honest but given zero isn’t an option, then the one star can be for the last customer service agent I spoke with who finally did something they said they’d do and gave me a refund. Communication is severely lacking in a company that looks very impressive from their website and catalogues. No answers to emails and wrong answers given when calling their telephone number. I’m amazed that no one from the company is monitoring any of these reviews as many say the same thing. This isn’t about Covid or problems with transporting goods that have been purchased, it’s about a company that needs a really good look at the way it communicates to its customers, both via email and phone. A customer should be made aware of a delay to their order, they have a right to know, particularly if they have already been charged. Perhaps the CEO can take a leaf out of the company he used to work for and model Cox and Cox on that, as Boden, in my experience, have always been excellent with their customer service. Such a shame Cox and Cox as your products look great.
