No replies to my emails regarding a faulty item from Cox & Cox. I deal with so many company's online and this company is by far the worst I have dealt with. Seeming they offer upmarket costly items you would expect the company's customer service to be on point but this is sadly not the case.

Horrendous customer service inc DHL and zigzag Still not collected my returns, despite paying £15 for this, waiting in all day, a day off work for them to not show, after endless calls c & c rearranged for another day for a repeat of the above, no communication to keep you up to speed, still not heard, still have parcels, also told to take up with zigzag myself for a postage refund despite it being booked with c&c🤷‍♀️ They do not reply to emails or call back as promised. Absolute pants Have purchased plenty from them in the past but will avoid like the plague. Another order of Christmas trees placed in October finally arrived this May. Shameful service

Terrible delivery times and lack of customer service. I ordered a dining table in April 2021 with a 10 week delivery time, in January 2022 I cancelled the order. In April 2022 I tried to order artwork in the sale, the website said it was in stock and would be delivered in 1-2 weeks. It is June 1st and I have received an email saying it will be end of July. Blaming the Global Shippjng delays is not good enough - this company cannot manage their stock and falsely advertise products as available when they are not. Terrible service.

Cox & Cox Customer have be exceptionally bad! I have pre-ordered my Garden Dinning Furniture on 2nd March and advertised on the COX & COX website as delivery on early May. When I didn't received any communication from them I contacted the C/C on 9th May and was promised by both email and phone that I would receive by their partner courier a notification of delivery within 3 days. These days came and go and yet an other call by myself to C/C and same promises again.Today we are 26th May and finally after various complains and emails to C/C and the promise that as supervisor would contact me within 48hours, I was not. I had to call in again and waste 2 hour of my time to only be told they had "packaging" issues and my dining set would be delivered to me in the next (please try to guess) 3-5 working days. Looks like this is the stock answer for everything.

I would have rated them zero if I could. They class themselves as premium clearly from their prices however I’ve never had anything but issues whether it be paying for ‘standard’ delivery but not receiving my order for months on end! Or most recently shelling out thousands on an outdoor furniture set which arrived damaged (after waiting 6 weeks for delivery). I flagged this to them over a month ago and there still is no resolution. Most of the the time you can find similar items on cowshed interior, Rockett st George or other websites so I’d definitely check elsewhere. Cox and cox makes spending your hard earned cash a miserable experience!

I ordered and received a small cloud rug. Cost a fortune So disappointed. It looks like a cheap bath mat. I couldn’t send it back because I have removed a sticker from the rug.

Not sure Cox and Cox deserve any stars if I’m honest but given zero isn’t an option, then the one star can be for the last customer service agent I spoke with who finally did something they said they’d do and gave me a refund. Communication is severely lacking in a company that looks very impressive from their website and catalogues. No answers to emails and wrong answers given when calling their telephone number. I’m amazed that no one from the company is monitoring any of these reviews as many say the same thing. This isn’t about Covid or problems with transporting goods that have been purchased, it’s about a company that needs a really good look at the way it communicates to its customers, both via email and phone. A customer should be made aware of a delay to their order, they have a right to know, particularly if they have already been charged. Perhaps the CEO can take a leaf out of the company he used to work for and model Cox and Cox on that, as Boden, in my experience, have always been excellent with their customer service. Such a shame Cox and Cox as your products look great.

I ordered a large picture from Cox & Cox BEFORE I read the reviews. I was very worried but pleasantly surprised. I ordered a large picture from them which was on sale - from £195 reduced to £97.50. Sold in a local shop to me for £270; so I really grabbed a bargain. Arrived in a couple of days and was packaged well. I cant fault the service.

Cox advised a large vase was on it's way - still waiting. No reply to e.mail or phone call. Starting to get worried and contacted Citizen Advice. CA advised to wait for one more day then contact them again for further advice re. money back demand.

I bought two mirrors before Xmas in their sale. They arrived within a few weeks. I was concerned the items would look cheap as the prices were low but the items are well made and I’m extremely happy with them, indeed I’ve just ordered two new mirrors from them and am hoping they give as much pleasure.

I’m giving cox and cox a decent rating as in the past I’ve had great customer experiences with them and they sell lovely products. If they say they are having warehouse issues, then I can see how with additional customs paperwork to process thanks to Brexit, as a small company issues can escalate fast. No one’s life is over because a quilt or vase order is late. Reading the comments below, People need to calm down and get a sense of proportion. I will wait patiently in the meantime for my own queries to the company without the world ending.

My order arrived too late for Xmas... So I returned the whole order early Jan... I still haven't had a refund... I haven't been able to get through to customer service.... And no response to my emails... It's an awful company... I received their catalogue today.... But I would never order from them again

Don’t touch this company with a barge-pole!!!!! Horrendous customer service with no reply to emails! I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. The postage is expensive as well. When I spoke to someone today (for the 3rd time) they said I would have my order by the end of the week (yeah right - the cheque is in the mail 🙄). I asked if I could have that in writing and the guy said “sorry I can’t do that.” When I enquired as to why, he said he “just couldn’t as the calls were recorded and what he said was on record.” Well that’s all well and fine for them but I want it in writing for myself thanks, as in where the heck is my order???? 🙄 Do not bother with this company. Keep scrolling for a better option.

Just read lots of reviews and it looks as if many of us are in the same position. Ordered from Cox and Cox, paid, nothing received. No answer to customer service queries. Tracking constantly says the order is awaiting pick. How can this happen?

Placed an order January the 12th and still waiting for my order to be delivered. When I investigated why, "they don't dispatch until they have all of the order" got tired of waiting now being a mom nth on, requested money back. Wonder how long I'll wait for that!!!!

Terrible customer service. My item arrived without plugs and the instructions were for European sockets . No response to my emails despite sending images as requested. Item being collected but no replacement sent out. Charged £35 for delivery despite it being a light weight item that could have been sent by standard courier. Avoid.
