Snap to what other review said. Ordered 3 items online, stated 7-10 days delivery, nothing. Rang several times, on hold for a LONG time, only to be told could be up to 30 days because of Covid!!! Items eventually arrived all individually, in fact one lamp turned up and 2 hours later the other lamp arrived. Very poor quality and cost me £15 to send back and then had to hold again for 25 plus minutes to chase up refund. I explained to Customer Services rep had emailed 3 times, automatic acknowledgement received but then nothing. She explained they were not bothering to reply to emails as hadn't got time as too busy on the phones. Good luck if you decide to buy - I wouldn't ever again

Cox and cox have just sent an apology letter with a discount code. Saying they understand the issues customers experience over Christmas. If this is true why did it take till February to send a sorry letter? In fact we are still waiting for the Christmas preset that was ordered through them and during all this time we've received 1 email in JANUARY. No one took our calls before and over Christmas but they took our money. And I see that nearly everything on their website is pre order for delivery in March or April.. you'd be lucky. Appalling service, Appalling customer care. Don't order.

Please don't bother with this company - like others, if I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order on the 9th January 2022, contacted them a couple of weeks later to find out why it hadn't been dispatched, they stated it can take up to 30 days. When it finally arrived with DHL Parcel UK (note not DHL Express) they arrived a time to deliver, 15 minutes after the delivery slot ended DHL Parcel UK sent a message to say they'd basically ran out of time to deliver. Over a week later, with no response from DHL Delivery UK I rang Cox and Cox to ask them to sort, who said they would. Two days later, another call to Cox and Cox to find out what was happening, they told me DHL Delivery UK had returned by parcel to them (5 days before the above call, why they hadn't managed to tell me that one when I rang). Cox and Cox have agreed to refund. But they basically have an SLA with a shoddy delivery company who can't be bothered in attempting delivery, they then don't give any support in getting a delivery to you. The exact same thing happened on an order a couple of years ago - I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I won't be ordering from them again - suggest no one else does either.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered item 16/01/22, online track still says await pick. status not changed since order was placed! Money taken straight away though. Rang customer service 2 weeks ago and was told they were short staffed. Never will I order from them again, should have learnt my lesson on previous order.

Took my money but not sent the goods. I thought it might be too good to be true! How can this happen? I received an email to say the delivery will be delayed but why take my money? Over £100 wasted. They then sent emails saying they were waiting for me to complete my purchase as there were items in my basket. It sounds like a con. Yet another company that is really good at sales but terrible at delivering the goods. I’m going to request a refund via PayPal. Totally disgusted!!!

Waiting over a month for my order! They took over £100 from my account charged over the odds for delivery! No emails to explain why, chased customer service again! Somehow they still manage to send me their flyer/magazine in the post!

IVE GIVEN 1 STAR BUT IF I COULD OF GIVEN ZERO I WOULD OF DONE I placed an order over 2 weeks ago they took the £70.00 from my account straight away but so far to date the tracking states its still awaiting picking. Stupidly I didn't read any reviews prior to ordering otherwise I definitely would of avoided. I emailed 4 days ago for a status update but no reply and as they are stock taking now until mid February and let's face it they must have a massive amount of stock to check because they sure as hell aren't sending any out !!!! So I think its a call to my bank tomorrow Appalling and disgraceful way to run any business

I have placed a number of orders recently with Cox and Cox, one of these was in November 2021, it is now Feb 2022 and I'm still waiting for some of the items. One order arrived after waiting weeks, most items were fine but I wanted to return a couple. This cost me £15 as they had to be collected by DHL as they were over 60cm. DHL have not arrived today, after me rearranging work and waiting in all day. I now have to do the same again in the hope they will arrive another day. While on the phone to Cox and Cox trying to sort this, I asked for an update on one of my missing orders. They couldn't give me an update as they are 'having a stock take' and told me to ring back next week. Useless. Most items are good quality but be prepared to wait weeks, if not months for delivery. Will not be ordering again.

Dreadful! Ordered item before Christmas as said was in stock. Clearly wasn’t. Asked for a refund which was agreed and now they haven’t returned my money- not answering my emails.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order and its still not arrived .I have sent 3 emails which have all been ignored. I spoke to a customer service operator (eventually!) who asked me to be patient ! Appalling service from this company.

As others have reported on here, it’s pretty obvious this company cannot deal with its orders. I have been waiting over a week, and according to tracking, it’s not even been packed ready for dispatch. I have emailed, but only received a standard automatic reply, called them today, and was told, due to stock checking, It could take an additional 15 days?! Surely if they have such a backlog of orders, they should concentrate all their efforts on getting these done first? I will give them a little while longer, otherwise I’m contacting my bank for a refund, as they are not honouring their delivery guidelines! I would not recommend these to anyone!

Similar to others I have been experiencing a nightmare service with this company Placed an order 3 weeks ago and no sign of delivery . They don’t answer emails Customer service line is useless Money taken straight away etc

Shocking used to be good but They need to wake up and put Call centre back in the UK it's A joke 6 calls to track order 4 calls to dx express.Tried for A year to get brochure there Are better companies out there Who would appreciate your Business.Ann McDonald. X

Still waiting for an order I placed 2 weeks ago which is only for small home decor items! The status of the order has not changed since the day I placed it. This company produces glossy magazines and make you believe you are purchasing from a highly respectable and efficient company. Wrong! They charge high delivery charges, take your money immediately and can't be bothered to send your purchases to you in a reasonable time. When you call customer services, they do nothing to help, just make excuses. What a total inefficient way to run a company. Dreadful!

Ordered a mirror on 16/1 payment was taken immediately. Delivery of item on website said 3-5 days. After 7 days I emailed customer services to enquire whereabouts of my order- no response. 4 days later I’ve tried calling them twice and again no response! Have just read reviews from other customers and it seems I am not alone in this experience. Disgraceful way to run a business, if indeed it is a business at all?! I paid on debit card so have today called my bank and asked them to refund my money and take it up with cox directly - which they have agreed to do. I suggest other dissatisfied customers do the same.

Picking and delivery times are appalling. 10-14 working days to even despatch an item is shocking. They come across as a reputable large company but with a turn around time for despatch like that they clearly have a long way to go.

Absolutely useless avoid them like the plague! Luckily I was paying for my item with Klarna so I’ve paused the payment until my goods arrive, pretty sure they won’t! 🤬😭

Ordered in October 2021 , company took my money and no delivery! Delivery commitments made and not achieved. Latest commitment is end of January…. No communication - poor!
