Shocking used to be good but They need to wake up and put Call centre back in the UK it's A joke 6 calls to track order 4 calls to dx express.Tried for A year to get brochure there Are better companies out there Who would appreciate your Business.Ann McDonald. X

Still waiting for an order I placed 2 weeks ago which is only for small home decor items! The status of the order has not changed since the day I placed it. This company produces glossy magazines and make you believe you are purchasing from a highly respectable and efficient company. Wrong! They charge high delivery charges, take your money immediately and can't be bothered to send your purchases to you in a reasonable time. When you call customer services, they do nothing to help, just make excuses. What a total inefficient way to run a company. Dreadful!

Ordered a mirror on 16/1 payment was taken immediately. Delivery of item on website said 3-5 days. After 7 days I emailed customer services to enquire whereabouts of my order- no response. 4 days later I’ve tried calling them twice and again no response! Have just read reviews from other customers and it seems I am not alone in this experience. Disgraceful way to run a business, if indeed it is a business at all?! I paid on debit card so have today called my bank and asked them to refund my money and take it up with cox directly - which they have agreed to do. I suggest other dissatisfied customers do the same.

Picking and delivery times are appalling. 10-14 working days to even despatch an item is shocking. They come across as a reputable large company but with a turn around time for despatch like that they clearly have a long way to go.

Absolutely useless avoid them like the plague! Luckily I was paying for my item with Klarna so I’ve paused the payment until my goods arrive, pretty sure they won’t! 🤬😭

Ordered in October 2021 , company took my money and no delivery! Delivery commitments made and not achieved. Latest commitment is end of January…. No communication - poor!

Placed an order on 8/01/22 sent an email to enquire where it was no reply. Money was taken out of my account immediately. It is now 25/01/22 and I have still not received my order! Disgraceful service can’t even be bothered to reply! I will not be ordering anything in the future from this farce of a company. Just hope I can get my money back!

Same same same as all the other comments, ordered early December and money was taken out, never received the largest most expensive item but did receive the other 2, I sent an email with no response just generic 'very busy' I called and manged to get hold of someone who said I had received it but that he would send another one out! I did receive this item which was nothing like the image, very cheap looking tree but I have kept as it is too much hassle to attempt returning. I am expecting a refund on another item which was faulty (I have paid the return costs) so we shall see if this happens. It was sent a long time ago so who knows. Will not use again for sure.

Update on review posted 4 days ago. The company has finally responded to my complaint by email and offered a full refund for unsatisfactory and undelivered items. So it seems that they are honorable if disorganised and short-staffed. Refund promised in next 2 weeks.

Terrible customer service. Made an order on 1st January and paid £15 deliver 7-10 working days. These days passed so I emailed them twice, no response and then called. The guy I spoke to was really nice and said all my items were in stock and he was not sure it had not been delivered yet so he raised with a team and said it would be dispatched to me the following day. The next day came and I received an email with the dispatched details and only 2 items were on there. Taking my time again, I called and asked what was happening, the lady was very unhelpful and rude. She said my items had not been allocated to my order and were at a different warehouse. I asked if the item was out of stock and he said no, it obviously and she did not want to tell me. The items can still be purchased on the website so I don't understand what they are doing and why they won't just tell me the truth. I then left it and asked for a refund for my delivery as I think this is fair. She told me that I would have to email or call back to request a refund, like what!! why do I have to make all the effort? why didn't she just refund me? Left that as I didn't have the time to carry on and she was very unhelpful. Item arrived the next day and only 1 item arrived, I called them again (Third time) and they would not put me through to a manager, they said they will have to raise it and will get a call back in 72 hours! the Lady told me that they do not have a manager in the office and said that they don't have the facility to forward calls, right okay! hard to believe. Asked for the complaints department and she said they don't take calls. Like how many complaints are they getting if their manager/complaints team are scared to come on the phone! It's a JOKE! Have written a complaint and it's going to take 2 days for them to come back to me. No email BTW with an apology or reason why there is a delay, no reply to the 2 emails I sent over 7 days ago and no apology over the phone.

Do not go anywhere near this ‘company’. S H A M B O L I C. Is it a front for something. As clearly no desire exists to sell products. No phone contact available for customers. No one replies to emails. Turn the page. Move on.

Absolutely appalling customer service if not actual theft. I bought and paid for a GBP100 gift certificate on December 16 and it was never sent. Since then all my customer service emails and phone calls have gone unanswered and yet I'm inundated by their many promo emails. I am trying to get a refund, but it's now over a month and I have not even had a response to an email or a phone call and no refund. I advise against shopping there. It's a mess is not robbery.

What is going on with this company?! I ordered 2 vases early December 2021.One arrived after a month, clearly chipped before packaging (photo and free return delivery advice requested 2 weeks ago by email-no response). I have subsequently received an email to advise that the second vase will be delivered in April- 4 months after ordering! Customer services automated answering put me on hold for 20, 30 and 45 minutes respectively on 3 separate days and I have received no responses to both emailed complaints and the request to cancel the order for item 2; YET the company took my money immediately, so I assumed both items were available for delivery in December. I too wish I had seen reviews before ordering. Yes, potential customers please forget the fancy website; the company is a shambles. In the absence of any meaningful response, I am now pursuing refund via Visa.

I want to echo the below - HORRIBLE; no one is accountable. Goods are not sent and you pay an outrageous amount for shipping - why? Never use this cox and cox!!

Ordered a fireguard. Wrong colour was sent. Rang to be told no phone lines were open to "improve customer service " and to email. Sent three or four emails over 3 weeks, tried ringing-not a single response. Rang again, phone lines apparently open- on hold for 40 mins, asked by customer services to take a photo of item and send via email and await callback within 5-10 minutes. Call never came. Angry and disappointed at such poor customer service and will raise matter with credit card company as assume I'm wasting my time with Cox and Cox. Update. Hopefully have finally been helped with a replacement order but remains to be seen. Update. They unbelievably sent me the wrong colour fireguard again!! Awful awful service. Absolutely useless and I will never buy anything from them again and will go out of my way to advise others from doing so.

I ordered an item from them which was supposedly in stock. Months later it still hadn’t arrived. I contacted them by phone and waiting for over an hour - no response. I emailed them - no response and so I had to chase. Eventually I was told the item would be dispatched. It was and it arrived damaged. I have emailed pictures asking for a refund. Still no response. Avoid at all costs - there are much better companies out there that deliver great customer service

If I could give zero stars I would .I… If I could give zero stars I would .I never write reviews but feel obliged to warn others . I wish I had read the reviews here first -ordered 2 oak bar stools (£250 each so not cheap) . Had a text from courier when I was in to say they had failed to deliver - emailed customer services -Connor - who sent me a photo of the house -which wasn’t my house - another trail of emails I eventually receive 1 stool -damaged - in a box with a hole which someone had tried to repair with masking tape . Appalling packaging for a solid oak stool no wonder it was smashed . Further emails to ask and the other stool I’m told is missing in transit . So nearly a month after ordering I have 1 damaged stool . Worse service ever and we order slot online -go somewhere -anywhere else !!

Don't bother, because this company doesn't. Placed an order at the beginning of November. It is mid January and still waiting. I do get through to customer services by phone only to find out that my goods are in a inaccessible part of a warehouse and cannot guarantee a time frame for when anyone will be able to get to my order. Not once did they update me without my chasing them. At least over the phone the team seem nice, but the system behind them is a complete shambles.

I ve ordered large items twice and both times the items have been faulty and poor quality. It’s impossible to speak to someone and they are unresponsive to my e mails
