THINGS STARTED OUT WELL BUT WHEN A COMPANY WHO SPECIALISE IN PPI WAS EMPLOYED TOACCESS ANY MONIES DUE BACK TO ME WITH THE INTENTION THAT THIS WOULD REDUCE THE LENGTH OF MY IVA ALL CONTACT WITH CREDIT FIX CEASED I DID RECEIVE A STATEMENT FROM THEM IN DECEMBER WHERE IT STATED THAT A LARGE SUM OF MONEY WAS RECLAIMED I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM VIA THE NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME AND ENDE UP TALKING TO A PERSON IN MALAYSIA ALL I WANTED WAS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO COULD TELL ME WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO THE MONEY FROM THE PPI!!! I WOULD LIKE SOMEON EFROM THE GLASGOW OFFICE (PREFERABLY A MANAGER) TO CONTACT ME IN PERSON ASAP OTHERWISE I WILL BE SEEKING ADVICE FROM A SOLICITOR. CHRIS SOUTH YORKSHIRE

Right now it seems like everything , I only recently found out none of my creditors will be paid until 12 mths of payments , I have recieved no statements apparently they don't do them , And when I have emailed requesting a call back I get told yes then get bombarded with emails . What I actually wanted was a phone call so I can update my details , it would be good if customers also had a log in to there account so they can see visually what's going on with there money and creditors .

Currently with credit fix was not told about certain things regarding the Iva altogether. I can never get through to my ip. I wasn't told that I had to pay them a fee each month out of my money and this was going to affect my credit rating once I was out of debt.

I am due to come to the end of my plan in September but it seems it will not end there as they have now said that if there is any negative equity in my property I would need to I don't know re-mortgage to pay more to them, nothing was ever mentioned 5-6years ago. I pay £120 a month and some of my debts get 33p a month some are not receiving anything, where does all my money go? When I took out this plan I was told that they would look after me, this I feel you should take very loosely as information. they don't care they only interested in the yearly income sheet which I don't think they look at as I told them months ago that I have not got any house or building insurance and they haven't bothered one bit about that I could loose my house. I was told when I took this plan out that they would do a PPI search which they have insisted to do at least three or four times, with guess what the same outcome every time. Then in September last year I got a phone call saying that I should now take a loan out to pay the rest of my debt plan which no one had ever told me about when I took this plan out. I am still not convinced I will be debt free in September 2017 or what they will try to do with my property. Anyone else coming to the end please let me know that it will be ok and I wont loose my home x

You told me after the iva was payed my credit rating would go back as if i was 18 and could apply for a mortgage. But after speeking to a financial advisor from the bank im in 10 times worse state because you never told me im basically bankrupt put a block on my bank account two days before my weiges went in and had a nightmare trying to get access to my money on Christmas Eve and if i was told the iva was the same as being bankrupt for the sake of 5 grand debt i wouldn't have bothered.

My IVA was sold to you from DSC last month. I'm trying to pay you 50% of my yearly bonus. So far I've sent 2 emails and called once. I've spent 20 mins on hold to be told "The DSC team is at lunch"......do you want my money or not?

I Was ok with these lot until a few minutes ago spoke to 2 incompetent advisors that really put me off. After they sent out i&e form to me 3 times then stated they haven't received it and these advisors wanting to argue with me as if they were told that they will no longer be in a job after today, asked to speak with a manager and I was told i cannot speak to one how convenient. If this is the way the advisors speak to clients i wouldnt be surprised if clients go elsewhere this is appauling service.

I have had little to no correspondence from anyone dealing with my case bar a letter and email to sign a document. I have tried to get in contact with the lady dealing with my case and still have no idea what's going on or when my arrangement actually starts

Had some money left to me by my mums estate, £26000! You sat on it for three months! My gripe is that I have had no communication unless I phone them, and that can take up to three quarters of an hour to get through. Poor service all round! Taking this to the Ombudsman!

After what I thought was end of my 4 year protected trust deed was told possibly another year was assured at time of taking trust deed that I would be debt free after 4 YEARS shocking ,had no correspondence from them at all, it was I whonly initiated call.They are going to look into my case want to cry

I have had only one phone call since I signed the documents. The telephone number on the website doesn't work. Ive left 2 messages on what's app asking you to contact me and no reply. I need instructions omn how to handle letters/phonecalls.

I still don't know what's going on with my Iva and I've spent most of my time listening to answer machine. All I know it money comes out of my account each mth and I still receive email and calls from creditors. Shame really as I was really excited working with credit fix

My payment never goes out on time every month I have to contact them to ask why my dd has not bee taken, very poor service. Four months in and still getting mail saying no payments have been received from my creditors.

Setup process and customer service has generally been good but have rated poor as a payment of £130 was taken without permission and when it wasn't even due. Trying to get the error rectified was like trying to get blood from a stone and added extra stress to an already stressful financial situation.
