Took over 7 months to sort my debts out, ever since my iva started iv had nothing but trouble. Creditors contacting me and debts that haven't been sorted "water bill" although I am paying my iva I am by no means happy with the debts that haven't been dorted for me and the hassle I have of creditors. I also don't like that way people talk to you! Extremely rude. Iv only ever spoke to one person that has really helped me and been pleasant whilst doing it.

At 1st we were supplied with an agent (Carla Black) who sent us the incorrect bank details (for which we are now owed £160---we paid it in to the company on Ms. Black's advice. Apparently, the payment went to a Susan M. Wriglesworth. I was curious about this, so I sent a message to Carla to ask for correct bank payment details. She said the details she had sent were correct. However, after the 2nd payment went 'missing' I received a call from another of your operatives. a certain 'Anisha Kaura' who gave me the correct details I requested in the 1st place. I am therefore owed £160 from Susan M. Wriglesworth (who apparently, is a director of your company). My wife has also received 2 letters from Capital One regarding missing payment as they did not know we had transferred our debt management program to your good selves. Hence, my wife had to 'phone Capital One to sort this. I am not happy with the service so far, as I am owed £160 by yourselves and, indeed, if it had not been for Anisha, you would have lost a customer. Yours, in anticipation of a reply and repayment, K. Clarke P.S. The £160 you owe me cannot afford to be 'lost'

To be honest I can't quite believe I'm giving credit fix time out of day. The thing has been a bit messy from the start really but there are a few things still waiting to be sorted 6 months after I took out the IVA. I missed a payment in December and it took them until February to even reply to my email about it. They still haven't sorted out my council tax arrears. I have written several emails but I have no idea what is going on. I'm really worried and generally quite unhappy at the moment.

it takes ages to get through when looking for advice. Also I asked you to contact 1 of my creditors 3 times and this was never done and resulted in another wage arrestment which cost me £320 this month. I have again phoned Scott and co and still no one from Credit fix has been in touch with them. They advise 1 phone call is all it will take to stop wages arrestment and despite advising this I am still out of pocket this month. Disappointing when its my boys birthday this month and struggling.

I don't think there is enough communication with yourselves and me as the customer. And I have been waiting over a month for envelopes to send paperwork back to yourselves where debtors have sent me demands. I have had to phone twice and ask and still waiting!

At the start of my claim the lady said she would wait before contacting anyone so I could get new bank account set up she didn't so that caused me a huge lot of hassle ... I have asked for paperwork several times and never received ... Anything I have asked for I have never received !!! Wish I had of gone with different company ... The idea for choosing credit fix was to take the stress away from you they have caused me un necessary stress from day one !!

A great company initial responses in the beginning were fast accurate & professional Then ...... We had a period when the company made an error and released 2000 client emails to 2000 clients !!!! Slow response to phone calls and emails Is a real issue Staff leaving and not being informed who the contact is to be

Hi, On the whole Creditfix have provided a good service and on the whole I have been happy. However what is still annoying me to this very day is that a credit card debt to Halifax (HBOS) has still not been allocated and I am still being badgered for money from them almost a year after setting up the IVA. I have had countless correspondents (emails & phonecalls) with HBOS and yourselves where you both seem to blame each other. HBOS have passed on the debt to Capquest and I have been pestered by them also. They have now passed the debt back to HBOS and I am still none the wiser if this has been resolved. I would've expected this would've been something that Creditfic would've sorted pretty much from day one. This has caused me much stress and I can imagine my credit rating was poor before but it must be abysmal now if HBOS still think I owe them money. Kind Regards Nathan Scott

Not clear at all from the beginning on how the agreement works. Constant contact until I signed the paperwork, then very hard to talk to anyone. Also missed off a bank account which they said had been added. I called when I received the documents as I was confused due to Legal jargon and was assured all was in good order. Apparently not....... Wish I had never taken the agreement.

poor communication, lack of communication, lack of explanation - lack of action - being told direct debit set up for first payment by staff then only to find that we were expected to have set up a standing order all by ourselves - this with no details of creditfix account numbers.Attention to detail is lacking.I would not recommend but we are stuck with them,so i requested minimal contact with these guys.Service delivery seriously lacking.

As of this moment I am still getting harrassed by creditors. It is almost 4 months that I have been with Credit fix and it seems they haven't contacted the creditors and made a plan.
