So my IVA was transferred from Knightsbridge to creditfix in Nov 2017, got a text today (08/03/18) saying that my annual review was outstanding. I called to ask whays this was all about and was told an emial was sent to me asking for information. I checked my emails and nothing from creditfix other than a thank you for your payment email. So i ring back and ask again where is this email i was meant to get? its on its way (so im guessing one wasnt sent before). I tried the live chat and spoke to Alistair he was good found information faster than the 2 ladies before from the review team, but still unable to get point across (not Alistairs fault). when the link arrived i opened it to find they wanted all my log in details fro my internet banking, so i rang my bank who said DONT NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GIVE THAT INFORMATION TO THEM. So i ring creditfix back and got through to a fantastic lady called Katelyn (hope spellings right) who sorted all my issues out fast and pain free paperwork in post for me to do. fingers crossed all goes smoothly from here on. review poor as far but maybe there is light ahead.

I am sorry to hear of your issues you feel you have had through the process of the transfer. We are always looking to improve our customer service and do take on any concerns from our clients. In regards to the the annual review process, we have a quick process if you have internet banking which automatically generates the 6 months of bank statements and will save this as a PDF for the annual review team to manually review over. This is a secure process and none of your banking login details are saved. If a client does not have access to this then we can do the original process which is sending out a paper version to be manually filled in. If you do have any further queries or issues please do get back in contact with us on 08000431431 or contact us on our live chat : www.creditfix.co.uk

I am sorry to hear of your issues you feel you have had through the process of the transfer. We are always looking to improve our customer service and do take on any concerns from our clients. In regards to payments for the monthly contributions, this does generally take a few days to show on clients bank statements, if a payment is missed we will not automatically set a second payment without notice. If you do have any further queries or issues please do get back in contact with us on 08000431431 or contact us on our live chat : www.creditfix.co.uk

This company is very poor with communication. They have failed to respond to, or even acknowledge, letters or emails. If you telephone you are not left feeling reassured that they are actively progressing matters. I was originally with Mitchell Farrar whose service was very good but then Creditfix took over and the experience has not been a happy one.

I have an IVA with Knightsbridge, 2 weeks ago i sent all relevant documents for full and final offer, in the last year i have developed heart complications, got told my IVA is now with creditfix, spoke 2 different people and all my hard documents seems to have vanished, i was told to email, i have, no reply, the only email i have got is one telling my i have missed a payment, phoned back again to be told, oh sorry it was a mistake, then got told you were working on my final offer, but what happened to what i set in motion nearly 2 weeks ago? Credfix were great initially sorting out my IVA but declared some personal Injury money 3 weeks ago, no response to emails, if you call get told you need to email. Just want to know if they are going to take the money. I am bad with money hence the IVA in the first place, makes me nervous to keep this money for a long period of time. No customer service at all from credfix after iniatially being so helpful. Disappointing

Not helpful when i was ill and off work for more than a year. wrote to them explaining how difficult it was to make the monthly payments so got into arrears and again we wrote seeking advice and we got no reply then several months later they terminated our IVA. Now back to square one and don't know what happened to the payments we had made via the IVA. Who now can we turn to for help and some advice. 7 months after termination of IVA, We put into Barclays for a PPI mis selling and won. Barclays notified us and sent the award payment directly to creditfix now we don't know what has happened to this money. Can anyone give us some good advice please.!!! My wife is the only one working and I am now receiving PIP payment.

I was not told in anyway that they add on 40p for everyday you borrow money! And on 4 or 5 seperate occasions i have had to re-enter my banking details as the connection keeps gettin lost so i have to ring customer services again and again to rectify this! Once im paid up i probably wont use this again

Good morning Stephen, Whilst in an IVA a client is not allowed to take any form of credit out generally speaking. We would never charge 40p, taking out a form of credit with out the Insolvency Practitioner's approval would breach the arrangement. The only time creditfix would take banking details would be at an annual review with our cast-light system to generate an income and expenditure form which I can see you are not due to do as of yet. If you do have any other questions please do not hesitate to phone us on our number: 0800 0431431 Kind Regards Alistair - Creditfix

Good afternoon Susan, I am sorry to hear of your issues, I have had a look at your case and can see unfortunately a creditor that was originally proposed as a secured creditor was an unsecured creditor so they had to be added to the arrangement. Due to them having a share of around 33% they stated they would reject the IVA which would block the IVA from being able to be approved. If you do have any other issues or queries please do get in contact with us on our number: 08000431431 or on the new live chat on our website: https://www.creditfix.co.uk/ Kind Regards Alistair - Creditfix

Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing some issues. In regards to the 2 year extension this is based on the equity of your property that you own. If there is a certain amount of equity on the property, an extension is put on the arrangement to help the creditors dividends to be higher and is still based on your affordability which did not change. The figure for your monthly contributions held at your original amount. I am glad to see that you are in the process of receiving your completion documents and that your arrangement has now successfully completed. If you do have any questions however please do get in contact with us either on our number which is: 08000431431 or the new live chat on our website: https://www.creditfix.co.uk/ Kind Regards Alistair - Creditfix

I signed up for Credit Fix after financial difficulties. My initial communication with them was very supporting and understanding. Once I was signed up my communications were responded to very slowly. I have been fighting to receive my money from a referral scheme for nearly 4 months now. I have many questions still unanswered. Although I feel financial comfortable the support isn't as great as I was promised.

I get so anxious worrying about debts - took an IVA out in September 16. My partner and I occasionally get a bonus of which we have to pay a percentage to credit fix but they are so bad at replying and getting back to you quickly about how much you have to pay. They cant seem to get mine and my partners basica salary right so they seem to ask for random amounts., Every time we call and ask for a call back it doesnt happen. Very frustrating as this is our lives. Im not even 100% certain we will be debt free after the 5 years and i am still getting chased by companies who dont seem to know about the IVA. Noone seems to understand my frustrations.

Sent all my bank statments and pay slips by post and asked to get them back but apparently they sent them and they must have got lost in the post but they cant do anything about it. also got told i had to arrange a ppi check but the ppi company told me they dont deal with people who are going through an iva then never heard nothing more about it. Over 12 months in now and havent recieved any sort of update to how its going.

Right now it seems like everything , I only recently found out none of my creditors will be paid until 12 mths of payments , I have recieved no statements apparently they don't do them , And when I have emailed requesting a call back I get told yes then get bombarded with emails . What I actually wanted was a phone call so I can update my details , it would be good if customers also had a log in to there account so they can see visually what's going on with there money and creditors .

Currently with credit fix was not told about certain things regarding the Iva altogether. I can never get through to my ip. I wasn't told that I had to pay them a fee each month out of my money and this was going to affect my credit rating once I was out of debt.
