“I've found the service very helpful. Giving me back the strength to deal with my creditors. And when I've had to deal with them and they haven't listened to me it's been great knowing that someone at credit fix will help by dealing with them for me. “I found it really stressful and still am, after my IVA was agreed for 3-4 months after I was still receiving letters from my credit cards and bank loans I had. Also I still keep getting text messages one of my lenders can't find any details of me having an account when they excepted the IVA and I have sent pictures go them of a letter from my credit card lender Virgin i have also gave them my card details and still today keep getting these texts. I find this really upsetting and stressful.”
