“You have put my case in the hands of a ppi claims company Allay, they keep sending me e mails asking me to fill in forms accessed from one of their web addresses. Whenever I try to access the links given I can never get the forms they are asking me for. I wish to point out to both yourselves and Allay that my computer skills are limited and that the computer is not a good method of communication for me. The telephone or postal service would be my preferred method of talking with yourselves or your authorised representatives”
