“I've found the service very helpful. Giving me back the strength to deal with my creditors. “I found it really stressful and still am, after my IVA was agreed for 3-4 months after I was still receiving letters from my credit cards and bank loans I had. Also I still keep getting text messages one of my lenders can't find any details of me having an account when they excepted the IVA and I have sent pictures go them of a letter from my credit card lender Virgin i have also gave them my card details and still today keep getting these texts. I find this really upsetting and stressful.”
