“Setup process and customer service has generally been good but have rated poor as a payment of £130 was taken without permission and when it wasn't even due. Trying to get the error rectified was like trying to get blood from a stone and added extra stress to an already stressful financial situation.”

“At the beginning all was well and they were very helpfull, although i continued getting letters for about 4 years i just simply said contact credit fix and gave them my ref number. However my problems have started at the end of my iva and im Not happy at all. After 6 years my iva was supposed to have been finished in July 2015 I was then told I would not recieve my completion certificate until Feb2016 well it's now April 2016 and still no certificate. When we contacted them to find out what was happening they said they was sending a ppi form which we had to sign to have our completion certificate released. What's annoying me is that my initial debt was around 30 thousand after making payments for 6 years we have paid back 19,500 and they had also previously done a ppi claim about 3 years ago in which we received ruffly another 24 thousand which also went straight to credit fix. Now they are saying the creditors want more and are trying to get even more money from the ppi claim that was already settled. Can someone please explain if you have had over £43,000 and my debt was £30,000 how is it that the creditors want more and that I can't get this completion certificate if I don't get an answer I will be contacting the ombudsman and seeking proper legal advice. I am tired of being taking advantage of by these big companies this is why I ended up in trouble in the first place”

“When Creditfix first contacted me I thought it was just another scam. But no that wasnt the case the female i got couldnt have been nicer she knew her job and went to great lengths to explain it all to me .She took her time and I for once felt like a real person. I was then passed on to a male he done his job explaining what the purpose of the call was he made me feel at ease no pushing or forcing me into anything . They kept in touch by E-mail.I can safely recommend them .If by any chance they ring you listen to them and if you dont fully understand ask them they are human and will answer all your questions in a nice way not menacing or bullying you into anything , For me I give them 5 star recomendation .”
