“Since signing up with credit fix I am disappointed that there has been no contact and when I email I don't get a reasponse . The initial meeting and set up was good but after that I am disappointed .”

“I've been in hospital with my baby for 5 weeks as he has a heart condition... My case worker spoke to me and gave me some time off payments until my little boys home. I didn't expect this as only just started iva. My baby is still really poorly and they have been understanding. As its such a hard time I feel a little more at ease.. With the understanding.regards”

“I was very dissapointed to find out the costs so late into the application that i had no opption to follow it through .At a time when I am struggling the most the reduction in outgoings has only went down £20 per month I appreciate that things will stop earlier but that does not help in anyway my imediate difficullty which I am not sure I can fullfill I am committed to do the best for my creditors but am finding it very difficallt to allow a check on PPI to continue at a cost to creditors when I can supply proof that this has already been done If I could find out another sollution I will try to change my predicument”

“I found Creditfix very helpful in helping me to get my finances in order. I found that I had to accept the agreement of the amount I have to pay back each month, even though I will find it a struggle as my creditors would not accept a lesser amount each month and I have to pay it over 5 years, as I did not need the stress of bankcruptcy and having to go to court as I have ill health and could not stand the strain. I was however quite upset that I was not informed about the date when I should start my initial payment despite contacting creditfix on a number of occasions to ask about the start date, and each time I was informed that they would let me know. I was never informed about the start date and when I contacted credit fix in January I was told I should have made my first payment in December 2015 and they were not happy that I had not started making payments, I informed Creditfix that I was waiting for them to set up a direct debit and was told I had to set one up myself but was never told when. I have now set up a direct debit and made the payment when they are due. I did receive an apology regarding your mistake in not telling me when to start the payments but I was very inconvenienced as I was trying to pay back my credit cards and did not need the upset.”
