“Having never used any form of debt management company, I was very nervous of facing up to my debts. I have been very impressed and extremely grateful to creditfix for making the whole process simple, fast and non-intrusive. A huge relief and a difficult circumstance dealt with very well. Thank you”

“Ridiculous. Wanted to come out of IVA but could not. No-one rang or tried to talk to me. I had to write loads of emails and response times took normally 1 day to respond. Then these funds were taken away due to this. Now the company has proceeded in trying to get any PPI owed and are using Allay claims who have border line harassed me by texts and emails. Even though I have completed the forms and someone emailed me back to say nothing more needs to be done I get a flurry of messages to say it is being processed. I do not want to be kept be contacted regarding this. In addition to this the majority of the PPI claimed back will not even be given to creditors and will be given to Allay and credit fix”

“From the start my experience was very good, your agent who called at the house was very professional and all of my dealings up to the IVA actually being set in place was very good. Your team were constantly on the ball. However.... Once the IVA was set up and my file forwarded to another department everything broke down. No communication. I had to contact Creditfix office several times to ensure the arrangement had been accepted and I had very little in the way of written communication after that. Other than this I can recommend Creditfix to anyone who is in the same situation as myself, the IVA has certainly taken a burden from me.”

“I was very anxious at the beginning but credit fix made the whole process much easier even going through some IT stuff with me. I never felt ashamed asking for help and huge weight was lifted of my shoulders. I only spoke to them the other day and my query was resolved straight away. I have recommended them to others.”

“i cannot even convey how professional and kind the staff were, i was never once made to feel bad about my situation, they literally did everything they could to help us and to make us feel confident in our decision. Even now if i have a question, my emails are responded too within a day. would 100% recommend.”

“I could not believe that all my debt have been merged in just a small amount to pay monthly.i am very much pleased and now living with peace of mind, credit goes to creditfix.They successfully negotiated with all m creditors.
