“I feel as though ,once involved there is not much feedback detailing how things are going.i still get letters etc and even people calling me about debt”

“Don't bother, they not only lie to you, if you dare to cancel with them they bully & harass you, sending you not just one but THREE emails at a time, I've had no choice but to block their number off my phone. Biggest mistake of my life, cost me an absolute fortune, & has pushed me so far over the edge, that I came close to taking my own life, as no matter what you say to them they will not leave you alone. They are aware I have Bi Polar & stress causes me to have a meltdown. Credit fix are evil STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY>”

“Desperately awful! I am NOT in an arrangement due to their inability to act in my bat interst or within the necessary peramiters I have reported them to the FSA & IPA!,, DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A CMPANY!!!”

“I have found Creditfix helpful, professional and very human. I was very wary as an older lady with huge amount of guilt for the mess I had got myself in and staff were frequently able to calm my fears and guilt and help me sleep a guilt free night, something that had not happened for some time. It is difficult to remain so professional but humane and understanding but Creditfix has achieved this with a huge punch of patience for an older computer illiterate customer. Thank you.”

“To be honest I can't quite believe I'm giving credit fix time out of day. The thing has been a bit messy from the start really but there are a few things still waiting to be sorted 6 months after I took out the IVA. I missed a payment in December and it took them until February to even reply to my email about it. They still haven't sorted out my council tax arrears. I have written several emails but I have no idea what is going on. I'm really worried and generally quite unhappy at the moment.”

“Staff are very friendly, happy to help and fantastic.Everytime I have had to ring credit fix my query has been dealt with very quickly and in a professional manner, even when they've missed my call, someone would ring me back, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending creditfix to family and friends :)”
