“it takes ages to get through when looking for advice. Also I asked you to contact 1 of my creditors 3 times and this was never done and resulted in another wage arrestment which cost me £320 this month. I have again phoned Scott and co and still no one from Credit fix has been in touch with them. They advise 1 phone call is all it will take to stop wages arrestment and despite advising this I am still out of pocket this month. Disappointing when its my boys birthday this month and struggling.”

“They were great during the initial set up but I am still receiving payment demand letters from some of my creditors and I have repeatedly told creditfix about this and it does not seem as if they have sorted it yet, so it's quite disappointing.”

“When I first contacted Credifix I was well support and made feel that my issue would be resolved. Throughout my IVA I kept in touch with a member of staff. At any given time I was told I would be charged for the service which I thought it was unusual as I thought it was a government funded scheme. I was happy to get my issue resolved until a few weeks ago I received several phone calls and a harsh letter to contact one of the PPI institutions. As I declined the service I was offered, the way I was treated also changed. Summarising, I hoped I was told straight ahead the services are chargeable, and I would like that in the future other clients will not get pressured to do something they do not wish.”

“Have been very helpful and certainly helped my situation and stopped creditors hassling me. They could however give more feed back. I didn't actually know my trust deed became protected until I looked it up online. I would not have known if I hadn't done this and contacted credit fix. The advice to enter into a trust deed it certainly been the best thing for me.”
