i was very pleased that,creditfix helped me to put my financers i thought the staff, were very helpful thay have put my mind at rest.its nice that thay contact me now and then to see how im doing many thanks

Easy and painless way to help fix my debt problems. Everyone that I spoke to was polite and caring, they understood what it was like to be in a financial rut, nothing was too much trouble. After the first telephone call that I received from Creditfix, I felt as though a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders, there was finally light at the end of the tunnel. I can't thank Creditfix enough for all the help that they have given me. I give them 12 out of 10 for their courtesy, 12 out of 10 for their help, 12 out of 10 for their efficiency, 12 out of 10 for their professionalism, 12 out of 10 for their expertise and 12 out of 10 for their overall customer service. I would recommend to everyone to get in touch with Creditfix so that they too can sort out their financial problems and make their life easier.

My overall experience is good. But after complaining few times to creditfix, still some creditors keep annoying me. I expected this issue should be dealt by Creditfix by this time but unfortunately I'm still getting calls from those creditors :-(

I have sent in letters from my debtors but don't receive any confirmation that you have received them I have still not heard from the other firm that is help my case

My wife and I started up a joint Creditfix account for both our unsecured debts about 6 months ago. All the guys & girls at Creditfix are extremely helpful and have given us some much needed relief on our finances. Loss of jobs put us both in a really sticky situation paying nearly £200 a month on credit cards and late payment charges etc. Now we have a monthly payment for less than a third of that amount and there's no more stress, worry or thought about debt. I personally like the fact we told them about how much we could afford and they do the legwork, come back and you'd be surprised how much the monthly outgoings go down. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is currently dealing with debts to contact Creditfix and see how they can help you regain control of your finances.

Bad level of communication. My personal email/business was made public with no real apology until asked for it. Our creditors are still writing to us and although I keep telling creditfix they don't seem to wan't to do anything about it. Both me and my wife have had rudeness within phone convocations. It's my opinion that they think the IVA has been granted so job done. If I could switch to someone else like I can energy/Broadband I would.

I recently sent some documentation re rossendales and the pension credit fines im oaying..i would have expected or liked an acknowledgement at least by email..it was afterall in your envelope so couldnt have been lost. Tend to feel your service feels v remote..perhaps to keep cists down.

from the initial phone call to you, all my worries disappeared.the smallest of niggles and i have been straight on the phone,nothing has been too much trouble,i cannot recommend these people highly enough,from the guys that home visit,to those on the switchboard,you do an invaluable job,and personally i cant thank you all enough.

Took over 7 months to sort my debts out, ever since my iva started iv had nothing but trouble. Creditors contacting me and debts that haven't been sorted "water bill" although I am paying my iva I am by no means happy with the debts that haven't been dorted for me and the hassle I have of creditors. I also don't like that way people talk to you! Extremely rude. Iv only ever spoke to one person that has really helped me and been pleasant whilst doing it.

At 1st we were supplied with an agent (Carla Black) who sent us the incorrect bank details (for which we are now owed £160---we paid it in to the company on Ms. Black's advice. Apparently, the payment went to a Susan M. Wriglesworth. I was curious about this, so I sent a message to Carla to ask for correct bank payment details. She said the details she had sent were correct. However, after the 2nd payment went 'missing' I received a call from another of your operatives. a certain 'Anisha Kaura' who gave me the correct details I requested in the 1st place. I am therefore owed £160 from Susan M. Wriglesworth (who apparently, is a director of your company). My wife has also received 2 letters from Capital One regarding missing payment as they did not know we had transferred our debt management program to your good selves. Hence, my wife had to 'phone Capital One to sort this. I am not happy with the service so far, as I am owed £160 by yourselves and, indeed, if it had not been for Anisha, you would have lost a customer. Yours, in anticipation of a reply and repayment, K. Clarke P.S. The £160 you owe me cannot afford to be 'lost'
