“Staff are very friendly, happy to help and fantastic.Everytime I have had to ring credit fix my query has been dealt with very quickly and in a professional manner, even when they've missed my call, someone would ring me back, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending creditfix to family and friends :)”

“i am dissatisfied with creditfix due to a number of reasons. they said all my letters and communications from debtors would stop within one month from me sending all information, however three months on i am still receiving them!! it is hard to communicate to my 'worker' who is dealing with it all to sort things out and lastly, i have rang some of my debtors and they have not yet recieved any payments yet i have been paying for the last three months”

“Even though it is nearly the end of February I am still having letters and Default Notices through my door for the Creditors you are supposed to be handling on my behalf! My agreed amount is being paid in regularly. I am keeping my half of the bargain - please keep your half. Thank You mo Eden”

“It is very daunting but Creditfix staff were very considerate and listened patiently and answered all point raised. Now in the process I do feel the additional fees for Allay to obtain PPI refund back is a bit extortionate and these should be lowered. Other than that very happy to date”

“Its a good thing to do and very helpfull very friendly and easy to get in touch with Only bad thing that i think is you cant talk directly with the credit hassell team and they dont let you know they have delt with your issue beside that it is a very good and helpfull company and i would highly reccommend”

“I suggest using differant pitch team the guy that came to the house the day that i signed up for the trust dead wasnt compleatly honest with us which lead to about a month worth of confusion about myself and my partners liability for the debt that we owed the customer care from the credit fix team did help and it was sorted out eventually but we did have to sort it ourseves credit fix had no details of the reps company as it was not an actual credit fix rep that came to see us”

“it takes ages to get through when looking for advice. Also I asked you to contact 1 of my creditors 3 times and this was never done and resulted in another wage arrestment which cost me £320 this month. I have again phoned Scott and co and still no one from Credit fix has been in touch with them. They advise 1 phone call is all it will take to stop wages arrestment and despite advising this I am still out of pocket this month. Disappointing when its my boys birthday this month and struggling.”

“The service has been excellent. There has been some confusion over emails being sent out incorrectly or sent too many times. But overall I have been pleased with how matters have been handled. I will recommend CreditFix.”
