“Fast quick service and IVA set up and confirmed within weeks. My only fault is lack of response to emails and no breakdown of who my creditors actually are as I am still getting messages from my old bank when my overdraft was supposed to be included in IVA”

“I got a PTD when I had a job. I then lost my job and was finding it hard to pay monthly payments. I got in touch with Royal British Legion, and they advice me to stop payments and go bankrupt. I informed Crefit fix, and it took someone over a month to get back in touch with me. I asked for terms and conditions, and details of who I was paying to be sent to my new address. Months have past and nothing. After putting on here a bad review I had an email from someone saying it would be sorted. Low and behold nothing has turned up. I am still getting harassment with phone calls and text telling me I have missed payments. During the RBL trying to find out themselves details of who I due money to, they found that one of the creditors have write dept off, and none have received any money. This would have mentioned after 4 years I would have paid more than I was due. Ignor what they tell you, they are there to take your money and if you try to contact them, be assured they will ignore you. I have given them an official letter of complaint, and await for the time limit before passing on complaint. AVOID AT ALL COST”

“I had no explanation of how the IVA works and nine months later my creditors have received no money and most of them have not heard anything from Creditfix that I am in an IVA. I think they took the money and conned me”
