“Here is the email I received from them. The deal they brokered me was that I must apply for all possibly benefits and hand 75% of it to the creditors This must be illegal Also the if I pay 100£/month for 5years (6000)-2400£ goes to the creditors and 3600 to this lot "Hi there This is the modifications attached by your creditors “The Debtor is to seek all available benefits and provide evidence to the Supervisor within 16 weeks of the Arrangement being approved. 75% of any funds received as a result of a successful application must be introduced into the Arrangement for the benefit of Creditors. Failure to comply with this will constitute a breach of the Arrangement”. Thanks" Stay away”

“I was expected that I really will get help from this company... But as I see enduring all month period I had call to my creditors myself talk with them try to explain my bad situation...While you stuff was preparing for christmas and New Year time . They only took all papers which they need for begining off work from me and even more , I got offer , back my car to company it was taken by purchase. Now my situation got worse it was before I started deal with you....!!!”

“Very caring staff! having suddenly plunged into a desperate money situation due to illness and never been in this situation ever? The staff have been kind, considerate and so helpful. Don't know what else I would have done if not for Creditfix and I would recommend them one hundred percent.”

“me and my husband started iva last march.theres no paper document all is through email signature is through email we dont have a copy of our agreement.and the payment is been taking out every month not by direct debit is by my long card,when we sign the agreement they said that we only pay 10000 of our debt for the next 5 years for 165 a month,i been awarded ppi for 17,000 pounds and all that money they took it cause they saying that money well go towards our debt,and we still need to pay 5 years for 165 a month plus that 17,000 that when they calculated 10000 of our debt for 5 years.my only concern is they took the money just like that with out any expalnation where they gonna pay the money or not even a copy of the payment to our creditor,and they recieve the money from my ppi they dont even bother to call us or send a letter i have to call the bank and i found out they have the money for nearly a month,”

“You told me after the iva was payed my credit rating would go back as if i was 18 and could apply for a mortgage. But after speeking to a financial advisor from the bank im in 10 times worse state because you never told me im basically bankrupt put a block on my bank account two days before my weiges went in and had a nightmare trying to get access to my money on Christmas Eve and if i was told the iva was the same as being bankrupt for the sake of 5 grand debt i wouldn't have bothered.”
