“I Was ok with these lot until a few minutes ago spoke to 2 incompetent advisors that really put me off. After they sent out i&e form to me 3 times then stated they haven't received it and these advisors wanting to argue with me as if they were told that they will no longer be in a job after today, asked to speak with a manager and I was told i cannot speak to one how convenient. If this is the way the advisors speak to clients i wouldnt be surprised if clients go elsewhere this is appauling service.”

“Helped me from day one helped me resolve a big stuggle of debt after debt went from paying £800 of debt a month to £200 also kept in touch all the way through my case very happy with the result thanks creditfix”

“Wrong information email address given out wrongly and unprofessional and inconsistent. A catalogue of inept communication and amateur performance from day one. I have no confidence whatsoever with this company.”

“Hi all. I was left with debt after getting divorced 3 years ago. mechanic so a low income. ended up fighting to clear one credit card after another. After truing to end my life and then the repercussions of that after. I didn't now were to turn. thank fully citizens advice started me on the road to getting my life back. I just want to thank every one at creditfix for helping me out of a jam I would of never done. They did everything sent me all the forms by email. They new buy asking me to let them help me exactly how much I owed. It only took one month to sort everything out now I am debt free and over the moon. It is strange to have a new bank account after being with the same one for over 30 years but they couldn't help me. So new account and middle of the month I still have money and no more outgoings. I only wish I had done this earlier.”

“The staff where friendly and polite. I felt that everything was explained and that I was guided through the information needed. once I had sent the necessary paper work , everything was dealt with quickly . Knowing now that I can pay the manageable amount and have my debt clear in the next six years , is great . I can now just get on with my life without the pressure of feeling my debt would be with me , well into my retirement .”
