“Nightmare trying to contact them and very confusing as each time I actually do. Get told one thing made us happy because of the guy we spoke to who assured us that everything was going ok. No further contact for 4 weeks and when we rang them again back to square one. I received a £900+ tax rebate because I have been ill and haven't workrd since Nov 30th 2015 and was told I could have some of this rebate back for household repairs... not received anything. We set the IVA up with Mitchell Farrar but recently been transferred to Credit Fix....unluckily for us.”
