“Nightmare trying to contact them and very confusing as each time I actually do. Get told one thing made us happy because of the guy we spoke to who assured us that everything was going ok. No further contact for 4 weeks and when we rang them again back to square one. I received a £900+ tax rebate because I have been ill and haven't workrd since Nov 30th 2015 and was told I could have some of this rebate back for household repairs... not received anything. We set the IVA up with Mitchell Farrar but recently been transferred to Credit Fix....unluckily for us.”

“Like many started well but don't hear nothing from them. Communication is extremely poor and trying to contact them on the phone is a night mare”
