“A bit disappointed with cruise this time as ordered regular fit zip fly jeans as per discription on website and received slim fit button fly jeans think cruise need to check their website discriptions as have had to return, having said that I have ordered a number of items in the past and never had a problem.”

“Cruise Belfast had a VB bag for sale. It had a couple of marks/scratches on the front of it. I approached who I was told to speak to to ask if the price could be reduced from £420 to £400 (which I considered a small discount considering the marks on the bag) and was abruptly told no. I left the store and ordered the same bag online - with no marks. This is the first occasion I have ever noticed ‘management’ not acknowledging that a marked item should most definitely have a discount taken off the price. I felt this was very poor service on the manager’s part. I frequently purchase designer bags but would be reluctant to return to the Cruise Belfast store considering the manner I, a paying customer, was spoken to. I was very happy with the online service. However the bag did have a couple of small scratches on the gold toned press lock.”

“Good deals and savings on the cruise outlet website. Easy to use. Only disappointment is the cost of delivery. Purchased trainers at £40 and had to pay £5.95 delivery !”
