“Very pleased, i love a cheeky splurge on a Ralphy or Stone Island garment and the prices are always reasonable and delivery is quick. Excellent app and easy to use. My only gripe is having to look at the same trainer every time i open the app!!!”

“Nice product and no prob with the shipment. The only downside is that you have to pay for the shipment ( from Sweden) if you need to return the product for any reason, which removes the flexibility for the customer.”

“Disappointed that a quality designer item came in a see through polythene unmarked bag, a Gucci bag would have been nice. This could have been needed as a present! Not very acceptable from a supposed to be designer shop.”

“Ordered after 5pm which is the deadline for next day delivery so I was expecting to get it 2 days after however it arrived the next day so was very pleased ! I do think if you’re spending a lot of money on a designer item it should come a bit more presentable than folded in a plastic bag. Opened the bag and the jumper looked perfect, then I noticed the security tag still in!!! I needed this item to wear at the weekend hence why I used next day delivery so had no time to be sending it back to get it removed, thankfully my dad did it but this should never happen!!”
