“Absolute joke of a company. First of all there happy enough to take your order and money straight away. Lead you to believe on your account that your order is on it's way saying "item shipped" until a week passes and no sign of your delivery no emails no nothing. Then to go onto your account after sending 3 emails enquiring where your order is to then go onto the app account and see your order was cancelled. Which leads to contacting the customer care team by phone as they don't reply to email! To be told your order was cancelled due to it being out of stock and that the websites doesn't inform them when a item is out of stock, to then be told pending payment will be returned which I'd checked the payment had gone out of my account 2days after I placed the order! For the girl at customer service to tell me no they only take a pending payment that will be returned tin 5days that there sorry the payment should never have went through and they'll try there best to make the websites better with updated stock etc!! Avoid this place at all cost. Total waste of time”

“Very pleased, i love a cheeky splurge on a Ralphy or Stone Island garment and the prices are always reasonable and delivery is quick. Excellent app and easy to use. My only gripe is having to look at the same trainer every time i open the app!!!”

“Nice product and no prob with the shipment. The only downside is that you have to pay for the shipment ( from Sweden) if you need to return the product for any reason, which removes the flexibility for the customer.”

“Disappointed that a quality designer item came in a see through polythene unmarked bag, a Gucci bag would have been nice. This could have been needed as a present! Not very acceptable from a supposed to be designer shop.”

“Ordered after 5pm which is the deadline for next day delivery so I was expecting to get it 2 days after however it arrived the next day so was very pleased ! I do think if you’re spending a lot of money on a designer item it should come a bit more presentable than folded in a plastic bag. Opened the bag and the jumper looked perfect, then I noticed the security tag still in!!! I needed this item to wear at the weekend hence why I used next day delivery so had no time to be sending it back to get it removed, thankfully my dad did it but this should never happen!!”
