“I ordered a pair of Junior spike Louboutins and after 4 weeks of going into the shop and phoning your Glasgow store advised me these were LOST. Complete lack of communication during this period of 4 weeks. I then ordered two tshirts off your website - neither looked like the picture on the website. The Moschino top arrived in a tattered/bashed box. Thoroughly learned my lesson not to shop at Cruise.”

“Hi, just s bit of feedback regards delivery. I purchase a substatial amount of cruise clothing through out the year and can’t really fault the wide range of desingers to choose from. I thought I would purchase this time via the web instead of going to the shop. The items received where delivered quick, but the cost of sending them back was extortionate!!!!!!! You recommend sending the items back via a secure method, which I agree, but the cost was nearly £30!!!! To send back!!! There are a lot of different outlets out there where I can purchase my designer clothes and I hope this expierence doesn’t put me off buying from cruise again??? Hope you can help restore my faith in cruise once more Regards Stephen Spensley”

“Tenía miedo de hacer una compra con Cruise porque vivo en España y había leído algunas malas opiniones pero me arriesgue porque me encantaban las zapatillas y no las había encontrado en otra parte con el mejor precio y puedo decir que es una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado, el envío rápido y el empaquetado de lujo, digno de un regalo, en mi tienen un cliente más y un promotor en cuanto a mi ejemplo, volveré a comprar con ustedes sin lugar a dudas!”

“Great service on delivery the only thing I wasn’t impressed on is non off the clothing was wrapped up separately in its own bag. They were all just thrown into a black cruise bag. I appreciate these were sale items but would expect the the same care and attention to the packing as some of the items were delicate fabric.”
