“The one thing that I find most disappointing is that the Customer has to pay Postage for returning goods even though the garments are 'a poor size fit/not totally accurate to size' in some cases. You are the only company I deal with who asks for paid Postage from customers. Perhaps you will reconsider your Policy. Also I find your Return packaging is poor quality in comparison to the efficient and streamlined method of your Conpetitors - not helpful in any way for the Customer.”

“Super fast delivery with updates at every stage. I’ve shopped in store but never online and I would definitely do this option again. I did buy two sizes as I wasn’t 100% which to go for so will be sending one back but I loved the items I’ve kept - Thank you Cruise x”

“It's like a mess. Employees have no basic knowledge. So I have not heard the answer yet. I can not make a connection even if I make a phone call. If you do that, I do not know why there is a phone number or a customer center. And you do not keep your promises. The date you promised to answer was already in the past. Why is your customer center so incompetent and unfriendly? I'm really angry.”
