“Relevant & regular updates on my order. Very efficient process of delivery. Clothing envelope always welcome & no wasteful packaging (recently suggested to selfridges that they cut way back on their unnecessary packaging). Would recommend cruise online and will shop again. Much prefer online because you can return for full refund - something you cannot do in store - which infuriates me.”

“I will be returning a top in the post. This low rating is due to the fact I cannot exchange stuff brought online in the derby shop. My partners birthday is Sunday and I have had to pay again until I get my refund. This needs sorting”

“I have made several orders and every time the service is exemplary. However, I recently made another order and forgot to add an item. I tried to order this 24 hours later but could not add the EXTRA20 discount code. When i queried this the reply I received didn't answer my question. I have not ordered the jacket - this would have been a £400.00 sale for you.”
